Very modern and clean. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Breakfast choices were a little narrow and ended too early

The location close to the pedestrian mall was great, the staff friendly and cleanliness impeccable.

The air-conditioning kept turning on with a huge sound at around 6.30 both mornings when we were hoping to sleep late. It would turn on several times over the course of the hour between 6.30-7.30 and then stop. We told staff who asked the maintenance to look into it but frankly it ruined two mornings of well needed rest for which we had booked the hotel in the first place. Breakfast was a joke, not a fresh or healthy item in sight. The price was far too expensive for the overall quality and facilities. The pool was very cold.

The pillows and mattress were comfortable and the room was large and tastefully decorated. The tv was large and swiveled easily from the seating area to the bed. The shower was clean and the water was very hot. The kitchenette was great and hat all necessities.

The room was a little dirty in spots that go unnoticed. The baseboard under the kitchenette had food on it and the carpet areas had a lot of debris near the baseboards and next to the dressers. There was only one towel regular towel but 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths for a room that had 2 queen beds.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The room was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of 5 women. The location was perfect for us.

Never stayed at this chain before but it was great! Very clean and up to date decor, lots of space in the room and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay at one of these again!

Clean, excellent location, love the amenities offered. Big room with great access and comfy beds.

Air conditioner broke, heat on full blast when arrived. Staff said someone would come form maintenance and he never did. She said she would look and never said anything after she did. Couldn't sleep because of how hot it was in the room and no air circulation. Non attentive staff, no one even present at check out for the 3 couples waiting in lobby.

Easy walk to the paramount theater, pedestrian walking area, and three notched brewing.

Needed staff for pool access.
