It was in a good location!!

Not enough handicap parking places!!

I felt safe in the area. There were lots of dining options close by. The front desk girl, Kristen, was on top of things.

More parking spaces in the parking lot. Someone parked behind us and it was tricky to get out of the space.

CLEAN throughout the facility!! And second: staff was welcoming, breakfast options (esp fruit), hotel amenities equally as nice and well maintained, its a suite/hm this the dishes, full refrig, sink and microwave helpful and location and aesthetics was a plus (very near to family, eaters and stores).

My ONLY wish is that the coffee was stronger and hopefully at some point ALL hotel chains get rid of germ holding carpet

Staff and rude front desk

I loved the location. I wanted to be close to the hospital where my son is. I did have trouble finding a parking space after midnight. It was on a Saturday night so that's understandable. The breakfast had many options which was great. The biggest plus for me is that I was able to have my pet stay with me. Overall it was a very satisfying stay.

Property was very clean and the staff was kind and helpful.

It would be nice to include some healthier options for snacks.

I thought the breakfast selection was smaller than other hotels, but the coffee was good.

The remote in our room stopped working and the paper towel above the kitchen sink was very scarce and should have been replaced before check-in.
