Really nice appartment, clean, good location, superb hospitality, easy communication with the owner and easy check in. I really recommend this place!!

Clean, straightforward ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, within minutes walk to central hilltop plaza of Altea. Convenient for cars. Helpful, responsive owner.

Great hosts, friendly communication! The apartment was clean, had all amenities for four persons. The apartment is located very close to the town’s old centre, from which it is great to walk into town and even to the boulevard down by the sea. The apartment itself is not in a particularly picturesque building but a modern one which is difficult to tell from the photos. All in all, I would recommend this place!

Great apartment, quiet, well equipped, nice pool, safe area. Great fans and aircon. Location great for old town and walk downhill to the beach. Luz was waiting for us with the keys and easy to get in touch with her if we had any problems which we didn't. Only downside for us were the hills but when we went to the beach we took a 5 euro taxi back. Need more information in the apartment re where the supermarket is and directions to old town without having to walk up lots of stairs as we had to experiment which was not great in the heat. Otherwise everything great and would stay again.

Great property with everything you could want for a fabulous holiday. Ideally placed for the stunning old town where we spent every evening. Great restaurants and bars with the most traditional laidback Spanish atmosphere but at the same time bustling. Did not have one bad meal. The beach is very pebbly but El Albir nearby is better but if you want sand, Calpe and Javea are the ones to head for. Enjoy!!

The apartment was perfect for what we required, clean and tidy and an excellent location. Small pool for the kids. Parking space too, which is a big bonus for central Altea. Kitchen was well stocked with cups and plates etc., and plenty of towels, including some for the pool. Prompt correspondence with the owner and housekeeper very helpful. Thank you for a great stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Altea.

Lovely apartment set right in the heart of Altea. It really is a home from home. You feel like you are staying in someone’s home rather than a holiday apartment, it has everything you need. Very good air conditioning throughout (which was very welcome as it was so hot while we were there). The apartment is on the ground floor, next to a small shared pool which we had to ourselves much of the time. Mark was very helpful when we booked the apartment and answered our questions very promptly. There was a lovely added touch of a welcome card & bottle of wine from Mark and his family. Luz is the local key holder who we met on arrival. She is lovely and really helpful, she kept in touch with us via WhatsApp with helpful tips and to check everything was ok. The apartment is just on the edge of the old town and is just a few minutes walk to the many bars, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful few days in Altea and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. We will hopefully be back again!

We had a fantastic time in Altea and the apartment was everything we expected - and more! It is beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean on our arrival and the bottle of red was a nice welcoming touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope to return soon! Thank you!

My husband, 8 month old daugther and I stayed for almost 4 weeks. The apartment was exactly how the description tells and was perfect for us with a baby. Marc has been more than helpful with high-chair, babybed, taxa company and answered all my weired questions about the apartment size etc really fast. Well equipped kitchen

The property has a great location, all facilities and it was very clean. Check in and out went very smoothly with local representative Luz. Mark answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. We will come back again.

Matk was very helpful when booking the apartment and sorting out all the arrangments travel cot and high chair. The apartment was more than we expected it was like being home from home. Lovely apartment with all the home comforts. Very clean and spacious set right in the heart of Altea. The added touch of a welcome card and bottle of wine on arrival was so lovemy. Luz who met us to let us in and show us around was very friendly. As this was our 1st family holiday with our 8month old daughter we couldnt of asked for a better place to stay. Thank you mark for making are holiday one to remember. I would definitely recommend this place and we will hopefully be back again.

Wonderful week in a lovely apartment in beautiful Altea. Organisation was incredibly straightforward as communication from Mark is prompt and he was very accommodating. The apartment is extremely comfortable, very well appointed - and was exceptionally clean. Luz, who welcomed us, was charming and anxious to help. The location of the apartment is key. Being on the ground floor of a small complex it is a handful of steps from the patio to the pool, which we rarely didn't have to ourselves. It is also fabulously located for the restaurants and bars of the old town, a 3-minute walk to a great bakery and a supermarket and 10 minutes from the beach. I can't fault it!

A beautiful apartment with everything you could ever require. Like a home from home! A pretty Patio leads onto a quiet pool. Almost felt like our own private pool. Location couldn’t have been better. A 5 minute walk leds you to the Old Town with fantastic restaurants and bars set around a busy square. The Beach (pebble) is a 10 minute walk; is set alongside restaurants and bars all reasonably priced. There are a lot of steep hills and steps but you do get used to them! On arrival we were greeted by Luz who was friendly and helpful. Mark was very prompt to reply to any queries or questions. We would definitely recommend.

We stayed in this lovely appartment for 10 nights. We chose this appartment because it had two bedrooms and a bath. The bath has been taken out and a walk in shower been put in its place - that is my only negative, which will probably not bother any other person! The appartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The pool was rarely used by anyone else and was right outside the appartment, almost felt like our own private pool! We didn't arrive until quite late and a lovely lady called Luz met us. She explained everything we needed to know and even gave me her wotsapp so I could contact her if necessary (which it wasn't) Altea is very, very hilly, you will probably go home fitter than you arrived! The beach is not at all sandy, not even pebbly, but stoney. There are lovely beaches up and down the coast. There are plenty of restaurants and local cafe bars all very reasonably priced. There are also plenty of shops and a couple off supermarkets for all your bits and pieces. The train was very cheap and reliable, and we used it a lot to go sightseeing. We did have a beach day at nearby Calpe which is a lovely town a little way along the coast. We heard very few other English voices here which was a bonus for us. All in all we had lovely time and if we were to return to this area we wouldn't hesitate to return to this appartment.

This is an amazing place ! Mark was very helpful and answered promptly to all my questions! Luz the manager was so sweet and informative! There’s nothing but positive things about it! I will definitely recommend it !

Thanks Mark, Luz and Coni for a fabulous holiday. Communication was excellent from start to finish and everyone was so helpful. The apartment is in a quiet residential block where this apartment has access directly to the pool area. It was so quiet though, we had the pool to ourselves all week. Only downside is that it is closed from 15 - 17 for the Spanish Siesta. The apartment is located in a great position, right next to the old town which is best explored by walking up the many steps from all sides (you do get used to it !). There are loads of good restaurants in the small streets and also down at the beach area which is a 10 minute walk. There are a couple of supermarkets within a 5 minute walk - we used Hiperbee mostly as it was a bit bigger and didn't close for the siesta. A fabulous bakery (panadería) was used every day as well for fresh bread which was also 5 minutes walk. The underground parking was great too for keeping the car safe and cool. In summary, we loved Altea and loved the apartment!

Just Superb. Had bad experiences before but this apartment was great. Trying to think of a negative but cant.

We stayed in June for a week and were blessed with superb sunshine all week. Booking was easy and had excellent communications with the host in getting the keys etc to the apartment. The neighbours are all lovely and welcoming. The apartment has excellent facilities like fast broadband, Smart TV (for Netflix etc) and Digital UK TV, underground parking if needed. The apartment is very clean throughout with a nice patio area by the pool. The local area has supermarkets, plenty of lovely restaurants and a cool ice cream parlour. Nice nights out. Altea has a stoney beach but there are plenty of sandy beaches a short drive away with Calpe and Benidorm either side. We had a brilliant relaxing time and would definitely recommend it for anyone who are looking for a clean and well equipped apartment in an ideal location to everywhere else. Great for couples or a couple of couples. Thank you for a great stay. W & L

Fantastic apartment. Well equipped with wifi and uk tv. Walking distance to all of Alteas fabulous bars and restaurants. Safe underground parking for car. Owners couldn't have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment for stay in Altea.

The apartment is ideally situated , wonderful to stroll around the cobbled streets also to enjoy the local tapas bars & restaurants Delightfull beach with a wonderful promenade to enjoy walks I was extremely impressed with the apartment & Altea & certainly plan to return also to recommend to my family & friends

Perfect base for cycling in the stunning surrounding mountains. Gorgeous old town restaurants / bars for the evening to unwind & walking distance to a very pristine white pebbles beach & bay. This stay had a bit of everything.
