Posizione sul mare bellissimi panorami, davanti alla struttura passa una ciclabile, comoda per passeggiate si arriva alle saline a piedi in pochi minuti.
Camera situata a piano terra, le foto su booking non sono reali, (probabilmente sono delle camere al 1 piano) camera piccola poco confortevole e umida, dotata di climatizzatore e piccolo frigo, grossa pecca l’ acqua dei rubinetti in bagno non e’ potabile.

La vicinanza alle saline e a marsala
Partendo dall'accoglienza fredda e meccanica, la camera si è rivelata sporca, buia, umida, il letto era sfondato, il wc era molto rovinato... e la cosa peggiore era l'acqua salta che usciva dai rubinetti.
Tutto sommato la colazione non era male.

Łóżka bardzo skrzypią. Materace w łóżku małżeńskim się rozjeżdżają. Można by to poprawić.

La posizione è ottima per visitare le saline. Roberto è stato disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, e anche le donne a colazione. La colazione era ottima, non mancava niente. La camera era pulita e molto comoda. Abbiamo usato i bici per fare una bella girata nella zona. Speriamo di ritornare un giorno.

The place has potential to be great but there is a lack of professionalism.
When I got there I got ‘an upgrade ‘ of room, they gave me the Suite which is in the top floor, it’s the only room in the floor and there is an access to the terrace which Roberto told me only him or I would have access, nobody else. SoI told him as I came straight from the beach I was going to take a shower and go to the bar downstairs to grab water. Once I got out of the shower I was picking my clothes when I realise that there was someone outside spying me through my window, I screamed and got in shocking. Didn’t know what to do so after while I went downstairs to talk with Roberto about the situation that I didn’t appreciate but he said someone could been there to take a photo (which made the situation even worse bc could have then take pictures of me naked) and what he could do as put a sign on the door that only employees could go to the terrace. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Nice staff, bed was good, view over the water was great.
The reality did not match the pictures on booking.com; we found the pictures misleading; the property, especially outside, was not very well maintained; the pool looked bad and almost all the playground equipment was broken/not working properly. Breakfast was poor; old bread, bad coffee.. we left after 2 nights.

location across the street from the sea. nice pool with sun loungers. private patio off the back. great breakfast.
I think the unit we were in was for handicap. the toilet was so high my legs dangled which never happens because I’m 5 ft 9. it would be difficult for a wheelchair person to access this bathroom. other than that.., it was lovely and we really enjoyed our time there.

Warm welcome from Roberto and the rest of the staff. Room had a great view over the lagoon. Great variety at breakfast despite limited numbers staying off season. Breakfast room available for drinks when December weather was too poor to venture out.

It's location is awesome just a few minutes away from the saline ...the view is amazing. It is really clean and comfortable. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. After ending with the motorcycle in mud they provided everything to clean it. Good space for parking a motorcycle. The breakfast was very good and they cater for food intolerances. They also provide bicycles to go around the saline.

Kindness of the man when we arrived was just great. Breakfast was great as well. The man allowed us to latk realy close to the entrance because of really bed weather.
It looks that we ate too much or stayed too long in the area where breakfast was served. Women who was in charge for breakfast was not so nice whene we were leaving the hotel. She influenced that the rate was lower.

Exactly at the seaside, direct view from the room for us on the sea. The ladies and Roberto both has been very helpful. We arrived earlier and let us enter to our room with no problem. Free of charge bicycles (a bit overused condition..), SUP and sea kayaks were available. The garden is big, pool is big and clean. Washing machine is available in the garden. The breakfast was good. Parrking inside of the property at the backyard.
Room is bit old fashioned and small, no mosquito net on the windows (would be useful...), the overall cleaness is not so perfect in the room.

Secure private parking, nice room with all essential equipment. Good location next to the sea and cycling route. Also private pool is a plus. Overall a very nice stay
Staff could speak some English - although the receptionist taking care of our check-in was very nice and made an effort to communicate with us despite his limited english
