Die Villa Sofia wurde zu einem hohen Standard eingerichtet und verfügt über ein großes, geräumiges Interieur. Der Eingang zur Villa führt durch einen Flurbereich in eine sehr große Lounge (TV, Stereo und DVD) und einen Sitzbereich in offener Anordnung, wobei das Esszimmer für das Essen im Innenbereich zur Seite gestellt ist. Die Küche befindet sich rechts vom Flur und verfügt über große Schiebetüren, die auf eine Terrasse führen, auf der sich der erste von drei Sitzbereichen im Freien befindet. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Eine große begehbare Toilette befindet sich auch unter der Treppe, wo sich eine Waschmaschine befindet.
Die Treppe führt in den ersten Stock, wo sich die 3 Schlafzimmer befinden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und begehbarer Dusche für die warmen Sommertage. Es verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Poolbereich sowie Berg- und seitlichem Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Zweibettzimmer und bietet Zugang zum oberen Balkon. Schlafzimmer 3 umfasst 2 Etagenbetten in voller Größe für bis zu 4 Personen. Es gibt auch ein Familienbad im Obergeschoss.

Everything is here for a great holiday. The villa is well located on a small estate a short distance from Coral bay strip. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars plus shops on the strip. There’s a decent supermarket called Phillipos 10 mins away. The strip comes to life every night or you can find a quiet bar just off the strip. Traffic on the strip is busy at times with a regular bus (No 615) every15 mins (1.5 euro) going to Paphos with bus stops along the strip. I hear the strip is due to be pedestrianised next year which will be a lot safer. The villa has everything you need, the pool is an adult pool, not heated but is very welcome on a hot day. Admin is very good, Rob the pool attendant and gardener lives just over road and is very helpful plus Carrie, the manager is always available on phone and visits with clean linen after a week. The owners were also very helpful and accommodating. We played 3 games of golf whilst in Cyprus and we were well impressed with the courses, we hired a car (recommended if you intend to go sightseeing) which was not expensive but ensure it has air-con that works) Our thanks to the above people and the local friendly bars for making our holiday so good.

Over all the villa reached our expectations, but there were a few things we were a little Dissapointed with, the main reasons we chose John & Natalie’s place was location a short walk to shops bars and beach also in the photos it showed a lot of shaded areas which was ideal as we had young children ( grandson 22 months and 6 yr old) sadly as we learnt from the owners the Pergoda trees and foliage had to be cut down as the previous management had not maintained it and it was too heavy for the pergoda. Sails were there which were ok just not as pretty, I would say that at any point there was a problem it was always deal with within a day or so. The high chair broke again this was replaced the next day this was due to sun damage it had gone brittle and snapped, I had notyced one of the sun beds too was split and cracked in our 2nd day, this did break before we left and we reported this to the owners before we left. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed it’s in a quite spot out the way which is lovely, would he nice if there were street lights coming down the slope to the villa an elderly person could fall but this is nothing to do with the villa just a point I wanted to make. We did have an issue with having a young child there as there are stairs and the gate was not wide enough for the top stair meaning we had to shut the door constantly in the bedroom door whilst upstairs, managed to find a stair gate under the bunk beds for the bottom of the stairs

Perfect stay in this gorgeous villa! Booking and communication was great: especially as mine was a last minute booking; really helpful and friendly. Villa, pool and garden all really lovely with everything you need and everything was very clean and tidy. The welcome pack was a nice surprise and complimentary pool towels much appreciated.
Peaceful location; only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Two great beaches only 5 mins by bus with fresh water showers and beach bars.

Booked for two families as we were attending a wedding Paphos. We were unable to attend due to ill health however, other family members were able to go and make use of the villa. No real issues at the time, villa seemed nice, usable and my family enjoyed their stay. This was September and I have been trying to get owner to confirm we did not attend for insurance purposes but cannot. This means our insurance will not pay out . I have left a voice mail and sent many emails and messages on VRBO. Initially really helpful but no further contact for 3 months despite my best efforts. I don't like to leave this review but really, am not sure what else to do!

We come to coral bay every and stay in villas this isnt one of the best. On the 1st day there was hundreds of ants in the main bedroom crawling up wall to air con. My husband and I slept in the single bed the following night but they were there rest of the holiday. The shower near the pool was awful if you insist on people showering before going in the pool needs to be showerable. The outside chairs near doors was filthy we never even sat on them all holiday the pool had a yellow rim round. For a luxury villa it really needs updating because the area is beautiful and this villa has a lot of potential

We arrived to find a filthy outside area it was covered in tree debris (looked like weeks worth) the eating area was worn and filthy ( we had to clean the table which was black with dirt before using) we contacted the owners and James arrived who hosed the debris into the shower ( no sweeping involved) and cut back the bushes which he described as “Rustic”.
The pool liner has a thick yellow grease line all the way round the top of the water level not lovely and clean as the pictures show in this advert.
Then to top the issue the owner charges £240 for two extra guests to stay as they had previously advised there would only be “a small laundry charge”. - For two extra towels and two bedsheets to be washed ( the towels we washed and hung out on the airer when we left)
We could not use the air con in lounge as it only blew out as a fan (no cold air even when on 16 degrees) and oven we could not use as hard to get working and James did not know how to use it either so feel we saved electricity on these items if my daughter used some in the bedroom.
The owner then called me a liar that the guests were last minute ( due to extra bank holiday for the queen my daughter started uni later than expected so booked two days prior to me arriving and came in on different flights so that she could come to family wedding) even though I had advised her that my children may come when I booked this villa months before.
To finalise the owner then misused the damage wavier policy to take the money without my permission from my card.
Such a shame as this villa has potential to be fabulous! It is run down and not the top end furnishings as described! So I would stay clear if you like a good service - we use VRBO every year and this is the worst service we have ever had.

A great Villa, which has everything you need, and the welcome hamper was a nice extra. It’s in a great (quiet) location but just 5 minutes’ walk from the shops and bars. Communication with Natalie and John, the property owners, was excellent and all instructions were timely and clear. Also, James the property manager was very helpful and easy to get hold of.
I would definitely return to this villa again.

If you want to book a property in a perfect location for Coral Bay this is it .A short walk to all the bars and restaurants yet in a very quite location .The villa had everything you need including a excellent welcome hamper .The property manager James was always at hand ,extremely helpful and a really nice guy .All in all the villa gave all the ingredients for a perfect holiday .

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Sofi in August. It was in a great location, close to shops, bars and miles of coast line!
The house was clean and spacious. The property manager was extremely helpful and the hosts were very accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Sofia. We were a party of 6 including teenagers and our younger kids. We found the property to be very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was clean and with a big fridge/freezer. We certainly made most of the nice-sized pool. We used the outside dining area, and also appreciated the air-condition, especially in the bedrooms.
The Communication with the hosts was excellent, all instructions/directions were very clear.
Overall a great stay in Coral Bay, and we will certainly hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Sofia. We were a party of 6 including teenagers and our younger kids. We found the property to be very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was clean and with a big fridge/freezer. We certainly made most of the nice-sized pool. We used the outside dining area, and also appreciated the air-condition, especially in the bedrooms.

We just got back from this lovely villa with very good size pool, very good location and close to the restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk to Coral Bay beach.
Very well equipped villa with everything you need, plenty of space inside and great outdoor area.
We had an amazing time and service and communication from Natalie &John was also excellent.

Lovely villa with everything you need!
This villa is the most equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in. Good location as near a great supermarket and wonderful Italian restaurant and only a short walk to the nearest beach. Can not thank the owners enough as were extremely accommodating with our late flights. Would recommend this villa to anyone with a family and will be back again soon. Thank you Natalie and John

We had a lovely 8 days in John & Natalie’s Villa. The location is perfect , within 5 minutes walk of all the local restaurants and bars on the main Coral Bay Strip, but in a private and quiet area.
The Villa is very clean , well furnished and fully equipped for up to 8 people . Excellent range of tv channels , including films and sport . The bed was comfortable and bathrooms had good showers , one with a full sized bath .
The outdoor areas were well kept and secluded , with plenty of shaded areas . The pool is good size and very well maintained . Would definitely return with the family for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa and great location
Perfect villa for 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Villa has everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was in the perfect location for the main strip of bars and pubs in coral bay. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to use this villa again! Thank you!

Fantastic villa
This was our fourth time in coral bay and the best villa we have stayed in. It was clean, well equipped with the best outside eating area. The kids loved the pool and everything in coral bay was within walking distance. Would definitely return to this villa again.

Great villa
The villa was clean and as tidy on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering. Lots of towels provided for inside and out. The outside space was excellent, sun all day, and very private. The location could not have been better, a few minutes walk to the main strip, only a few more to the supermarket, but also on a very quiet road. We had a fabulous holiday and would love to stay in this villa again. We would highly recommend

Fantastic villa
We have just spent 2 weeks at this villa and cannot recommend highly enough. The villa is very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is about 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants but no noise heard at the villa at all. The beach is about 15 to 20 min walk. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely book this again.

Great villa, great relaxing holiday June 19
From viewing this villa to finishing our holiday the whole process was smooth and efficient. Great communication with the owners. The villa is very spacious and very well equipped. The location is great just a 5 minute stroll to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful with a little local bar just 2 minutes away. The only problem we had was with the TV which was probably caused by us but was sorted by Shelly the property manager very quickly. The local super market provides a free ride home after shopping which is great. On the last day we had a late flight, but the owners said we could stay the whole day which was a nice gesture from Natalie and John.We will definitely book this villa again.

A Relaxing Holiday
From the beginning of booking this property the whole process for smooth and efficient. Arriving to the Villa, we realised it was a lot more spacious than we first thought, kept clean and tidy and was comfortable to feel relaxed in straight away.
I have no negative points to say about this property or the location. A street of bars and restuarants is within walking distance which provides lots of different food options. A supermarket is also close by who deliver your food goods back for you which was perfect for us!
The only thing I would say that would be beneficial is for a shower curtain to be added to one of the bathrooms, just to stop all the water spilling out on the floor.

Beautiful villa, great location
On our last day of a 2 week holiday, flight home not until 8pm but owners said we could stay all day, which is amazing and a lovely gesture. Villa is beautiful, especially outside area with pool and lots of seating areas. Property manager Shelley is very friendly and. helpful, came in at start of second week changed bedding and towels etc. Weather has not been great but due to the large accommodation and 5 minute walk to all amenities, things were still lovely. Hired two cars for 6 of us but not really necessary as everything is within walking distance. We already looked to book this villa for next year but it is already booked and I can understand why. Would not hesitate to rebook as villa had everything we could possibly need.

Absolutely fantastic
The villa was perfect, this was my second stay this year in a villa and we tried to get the villa we stayed in May, which was actually next door. Villa sofia was our second choice, but from now on it will be our first. I do not know where to start, the villa was large, clean and had everything you could wish for. The outside area was lovely with agreat pool and close to the main tourist road but far enough away to be quiet. I want to say a big thank you to the owners and will definetly be booking again , very soon.
