We enjoyed this house! I was traveling with my elderly parents and it has the same Lay out as their house, so it was very helpful! The host was awesome and had all essentials for bathing and anything we needed. The house is very well stocked!

This is an amazing house! Diane, the owner, was a joy to work with and everything was seamless. The home is so comfortable! Everything we needed was right there. We stayed for a week and had local family visit with us. From game nights, movie nights and Christmas dinner… It felt like we were home. Highly recommend!

The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the back yard is gorgeous and perfect for having a few friends over or just handing out there with your spouse. Everything about the house is cozy and comfy and it's set up with everything you could need. Diane is the best host and will go out of her way to accommodate you. Second stay at this home. Property was clean and beautiful and the yard was large, secure and perfect for our dogs. Accommodations were very comfortable. Anything we needed or wanted Diane made sure we had it. Diane was wonderful to work with.

We loved this property! The backyard was excellent for hanging out with family and the dogs. The a/c was a life saver during the heat wave. Great home base for the family to support our daughter doing the Ironman. Would definitely stay here again!

A friend and I came to CDA to ride bikes and fish. We both like to cook and enjoyed the great kitchen. We sat on the deck every day and enjoyed the wonderful back yard. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Overall a very nice house that was nicely furnished and well maintained.

We loved everything about this house! It was clean, close to everything and had plenty of space for my fiancé’s daughter to run around and play. The owner was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I were in the area for a conference and wanted a house vs a hotel. This house was so much more than we expected. It's spacious, comfortable, and has everything you could need. The back yard is huge and perfect for a dog. Loved it!

This was a great home to spend our vacation in. Diane really made this house feel like our home away from home. It was clean and very comfortable. We had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a yummy basket of goodies waiting for us when we checked in. It was centrally located with easy access to everything. Especially important to us was the yard was beautiful and secure for our two dogs that were also welcomed. We have already booked our return visit here for next summer. Wonderful vacation home!!

This property is everything you could ask for! It is clean, close to everything, very quiet neighborhood and property manager is great to work with! Second time staying here in less than a year and we already look forward to returning again soon! This home would be great for a couples retreat or (in our case) a family getaway... great home for vacation memories!

We had a marvelous four days in Coeur d'Alene and we're very comfortable. Home was furnished beautifully, beds were comfortable, and our dogs absolutely loved the big backyard. We ate out on the back patio several meals.

My sisters and I loved this house. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time in the secluded backyard and the fire pit. Neighborhood was very quiet.

The boys had a wonderful time at your rental. They really liked it and would like to come back again sometime.

I stayed in this three bedroom house with two of my buddies on a "guys" ski trip to northern Idaho (our wives no longer wish to ski). The house was immaculately clean and very well furnished, both in the kitchen (lots of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc.) and in the bathrooms (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc.). The house is fairly small, but the three bedrooms were roomy enough and the beds were very comfortable. There were even flannel sheets on the beds (good for mid-winter in northern ID). The kitchen, living room and dining area appear to have been recently redone, so even though the house is not too big, the interior has an upscale fee to it. We did not use the back deck or yard because of the snow, but they appear to be very nice and the property appears to be very attractively landscaped (hard to tell for sure with the blanket of snow). The house also has an attached garage which was not mentioned in the VRBO ad as an amenity for the property, but is certainly an added plus, especially in winter. The owner (Diane) gave us an automatic opener for the garage door. The home is set in a nice, middle class neighborhood, very quiet. We were very well pleased with our rental and I found Diane (the owner) to be very responsive to all of my questions.

We can't wait to come back! Our family of 4 (including a toddler and newborn) stayed here for an entire week for a wedding and couldn't have been happier. The location was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was impeccable, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The huge backyard was a dream for our active 2 year-old! We have stayed at other VRBO's that feel a bit "lived in", but the house was super clean and felt more like a hotel. Diane made the entire process so easy, and get this - even gifted us with a beautiful baby blanket upon our arrival!! We were blown away by her generosity and thoughtfulness. We can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to return. Thank you, Diane!

Not only was this house very clean but it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We also have two toddlers and the home was very kid friendly too! They loved running around the backyard and the bunk beds! We are already planning our next visit!

The property was perfect for my family and I. Easy in and out with the key pad access. Great location close to stores, parks, and silverwood. The house is well stocked so you feel right at home cooking or bbqing. Very nicely updated and clean house. Great for kiddos. The bed in the master could’ve been more comfortable but not at all a deal breaker. We would definitely stay again. Diane was a great host.
