Property was clean. Check in easy. Plenty of kitchen cookware and utensils to use. Neighborhood was okay. House next door was trash and kind of took away from the VRBO property. Overall a reasonable stay. Thanks

This family takes pride in their home. The home is clean, has every supply you could need or want, is well located in a great neighborhood and close to everything in Flagstaff, or a great launching place to discover all the treasures of Northern Arizona. My husband and I and our 3 kids (ages 12, 10 & 7) stayed here for Spring Break and made day trips to the Grand Canyon and Vermillion Cliffs. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms and fun for the kids with things to do in our downtime like pool table and putting green and large TV.
The hosts were communicative - they offered to shovel the drive after it snowed- and the place was clean. There was even an igloo cooler we could borrow for our day trips to the Canyon.

We loved our stay here. Had two boys with us, ages 11 & 13, so the pool table and putting green outside were a big hit! Very clean and comfortable, and loved the quiet location. Lots of outdoor space around the property including seating. Great location with easy access to everything. And a big plus was how much extra bedding was available! Will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we come up!

Stayed for a couple nights with family. Great location with just a short drive to downtown. Good neighborhood and a great fenced in back yard if you have kids or pets. Owners allowed us to check in early. Would recommend

My family enjoyed Christmas in Flagstaff this year. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Everything we needed was there for us. We absolutely loved the game room. My daughter is a NAU student and we will definitely stay again. Loved it!

Location was ideal and the property was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Kitchen & appliances available were also perfect and allowed us to enjoy cooking our own meals as well as the local restaurants. There were several restaurants in the listing as "nearby" and the ones we visited were great, especially Eat N' Run and Satchmo's. Host went above and beyond when we had a winter storm during our stay, by kindly reaching out to offer to shovel the driveway which we appreciated very much. We'll be definitely looking this place up again for future trips, really excellent and suited our needs traveling with 2 kids under 3 years old.

We loved our stay at this cute home. It was spotless. The floors were cleaner than our own home. The enclosed backyard was great for our toddler and dog. The main house was very baby friendly. Once you closed all the doors, he couldn’t get into anything or fall down any steps. The owners responded right away to any inquiries and the location was great.

Lots of space, and chairs. Lots of toys: Pool Table, Putting Green, Cornhole, Decks, decent internet. Very nice to hang out, not just a place to sleep.
The negatives were one large bed was very firm (I was told like sleeping on the floor) I was in the Master Bedroom and I thought that bed was fine. We saw 3 spiders in the house, not much of an issue, but one of my party is extremely sensitive to spiders, including allergic to a bite, so it made me more aware of spiders (the 3 we saw were no issue). The driveway has a steep transition from the street and had to be very careful to not scrape mufflers upon entry. A neighbor using a chainsaw at 930 at night was appearing to be a concern but they quit before any attempt to sleep. A good place to stay.

The country club cottage is absolutely perfect. We were visiting our NAU student, who is spending the summer working. Our group consisted of 3 adults and an elderly father. Homes in Flagstaff that doesn’t have a lot of steps for our elderly father isn’t easy, but this home worked very well. Another rarity in Flagstaff is A/C. All rooms except one have A/C units in them. This was great being that temperatures were warmer than usual while we were there. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, tucked away in the country club. The front deck was one of the most used spots while we were there. We enjoyed dinner out there each evening. Our son liked that the home was away from campus (since he’s on summer break) and that getting to the home didn’t require using Milton Road or Route 66( both get busy). The home has a fully fenced yard and lots of activities. Perfect for traveling with kids or a pet. The home is stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and looking at all of the beautiful homes, and spending time in the comfortable living room. The driveway is a little steep right at the beginning, but we quickly learned to enter at an angle so that our car didn’t scrape. The owners left nice simple instructions for the check out process and even had someone come over and take the trash bins to the street so that we didn’t have to worry about it. The house is spotless clean! We look forward to returning!

Lovely, clean home perfect for families and pets.
For a family of four and one dog, there was plenty of room. Even had the grandparents come for one night and still felt very roomy. Beds were super comfortable, even our kids made mention of the how cozy the beds were. House has many amenities and a pantry full of odds/ends should you forget to bring items. Kitchen is well stocked, rooms have A/C and the pool/game room is a fun bonus. Kids loved playing pool, cornhole, and enjoying the swing set. We didn’t get a chance to use the Wii, but that is also available. TVs (basic antenna) in 3 areas though there is no cable per se, or option for streaming, etc that we could tell nor a DVD player. That wasn’t an issue for us since we really wanted little to no screen time, so we took advantage of all of the available games. :) The wrap around porch is nice and the yard is fenced in all around. We liked having porch lights for different doorways of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and perfect for family/dog walks. Close to downtown and the campus. Overall, the home is very cozy, has a somewhat dated feel, but very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We hope to come back again!

This house was one of the best stocked homes I have stayed in. They had a grill, coffee pots, crock pot — every kitchen item one would need. House was much larger than we needed but we enjoyed having the space. Nice wrap around porch for morning coffee. Would definitely stay again. Great communication with hosts.

cool down getaway
We wanted to get out of the heat and had a local event we were going to with our highschool boys that are graduating. It was the perfect setting where they could hang and chill out with us, plenty of room. Pictures are as the place is, a little bit old fashion in decor, but totally comfortable!
