Good location, good facilities for this price (pool and gym), very clean.

It’s a bit loud- in summer there will be groups of teenagers, but that’s the nature of this town. WiFi patchy.

Pedimos una cama doble y nos pusieron dos camas juntas, pagando por una doble. El aire acondicionado estuvo estropeado durante 3 dias y la única solucion que nos dieron fue darnos un ventilador viejo. En forma de “compensacion” nos invitaron a cenar el ultimo dia, y cuando llegamos nos dicen que la bebida la tenemos que abonar, a 4 euros el refresco. Pedimos por favor que la almohada fuera gruesa porque sufrimos problemas de espalda y cuello y nos pusieron dos almohadas una encima de la otra. A excepción de algunos, todo el personal muy desagradable, sobre todo la recepción, concretamente Diana no quiso darnos ninguna solución ni cambiarnos de habitacion por falta de disponibilidad, cuando este viaje estaba reservado desde marzo. Es el peor hotel donde he estado sin duda, ningun tipo de espectaculo, evento, ni nada por el estilo por la noche, te limitas a ir a dormir

La verdad estuve una semana y poco más , todo me gusto , el personal un 10 , me sentí la verdad como en casa , estado en unos cuantos hoteles y este fue el que me gustó mucho más con diferencia.

The hotel location is 5 minutes walk from S'Arenal beaches, and 20 minutes from the airport by car/taxi. The room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea. I could watch both sunrise and sunset everyday. The wardrobe was slightly tricky to open but manageable. On our first day, the button of the toilet broke, but they sent and engineer the day after straigtht to fix it, who also changed the bathroom sink tap. Cleaning was perfectly done when requested - only thing is that they haven't changed the towels for two days, but when we left the signage outside the door, and the towels inside the bathtub, they provided us new ones. Breakfast was delicious - I wished there was also avocado and smoked salmon too, but it's not the end of the world LOL Dinner was good too - we had a complimentary dinner offered for our birthday which we really appreciated - and the 2nd time we had dinner there, Daniel - one of the duty managers - offered us a glass of white wine. The bar was great - we spent almost every evening there and grabbed a gin and they offered us crisps as Happy Hour. I haven't used the gym, because I wasn't in the mood of it, but I can guarantee you that, despite it's small, it's fully equipped both inside and outside. All F&B and Reception Staff, were absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and cordial. On behalf of my mother too, I'd like to praise and thank all reception and F&B staff, particularly the following people: Nieves, Daniel, Diana, Marea, and Jonas! You've been absolutely amazing, welcoming, and provided excellent service! We'll definetely come back again in future xx

Only minor things: It would be nice that they should provide little toiletries such as soap, showercaps,toothbrushes/paste maybe. Hairdryer is available only with 10 euros deposit. Despite the room was cleaned spotlessely, the terrace was not, so I would just pay more attention to it, as we used to eat crisps and peanuts some evenings, and there were some days that it was not cleaned.

Food is Exceptionally good for a 3 star Hotel. Daily changing menus and fresh as well. Good Value for money! The beds are comfortable. Very very nice Staff.

Very very thin walls, you’ll hear anything and anyone. We had mold in our bathroom as well as hair stuck in the drainage from the previous Guests. The A/C is very old and was leaking.

The staff tried their best to help the situation. However, we were unsatisfied with their answer to the solution

No AIRCON OR ELECTRICITY since 3am in the morning until 9:30 am the next day flashing green and Red key card holder for hours on end no lights Loud beeping sound coming from the key card holder for at least three hours . Ended up not sleeping due to noise disturbance , Staff could only offer a free breakfast at 10:20 when breakfast finishes at 10:30 as compensation we then proceeded to book a transfer the following morning to the local airport and not even the taxi fare was offered to be paid for .very disappointed. I will never be returning here again.
