La metratura dell'appartamento.

La struttura non ha indicato la mancanza della cucina, provocando notevoli disagi. La comunicazione è lenta. Per ovviare alle lacune organizzative il gestore ha proposto offerte ridicole quali massaggi e colazione. Il check in è scomodo.

TERRIBLE SCAM. NOBODY WAS AT THE APPARTMENT, THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK, AND STILL AWAITING REIMBURSEMENT

issue in opening the entrance of the building with a remote key - had to call the apartment manager. but this is not a good option if we have to get in get out of the apart during our stay

furniture is disaster bed broken with big hole and bedsheet (feel like camping in the mountains) window shade not closing - disaster for the night furniture on the terrasse oldish and not stable table, chair... impossible to cook - not even two glasses for the wine, kitchen not equipped for basic cooking it was definitely a rip-off

Bathroom too old, elevator not working (8th floor) and WiFi not working ( i asked to have psw but i had not answer).

Weq stayed as a family for an overnight visit. It was the perfect size and space for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We originally booked two rooms but was upgraded to an apartment. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.

No instructions and no Wi-Fi password Did not meet us as agreed at 15:00. Finally showed up 70 minutes later after 10 phone calls including to booking.Com while standing in freezing rain. Apartment smelled musty Beds were hard and collapsed in the middle. Bizarre rooms, with dining table in a bedroom. No lighter to ignite burners on stop so no coffee in am Microwave bizarrely on high shelf I can barely reach (1.87 m)

The terrace has the best view of Padova and it’s very large but that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this property.

Everything else. Two of the “beds” are not beds at all and one was broken making them both completely unfit for sleeping. Also none of the TVs worked. The bathroom and furniture generally are completely outdated and partially broken. While staying there, the electricity went out and I contacted the management multiple times about how to fix it and they never offered a solution. Thank god I had a friend in the area that was familiar with the building who came and helped me fix it but for anyone who was visiting without friends in the area, the management would’ve never showed up and the electricity would’ve never come back on.

The appartment is located in a very good place in the city. Walking distance to down town. There is a private parking (e15) very near. There is a private terrace with the best view of the city from the 8floor. But…. What happens with the turism in Italy?

But… but the equipment of appartment is minimun, basic, for intance there are not sofa in the living. Only beds. The kitchen has basic equipment. There is no washdishes, nor kettle, for intance. The bathroom is big but old in bad condition. The staff is friendly helpful and cordial. The appartment has huge possibilties but needs care and money for forniture and total renew The relation Price/quality is bad Internet bad

Good location and a spacious apartment. Good size main bedroom with comfortable bed. Fantastic terrace

Kitchen was a bit small for the overall size of the property. Bathroom could do with a bit of updating

We couldn't connect to wi-fi and texted to the host, but never heard from him back. Luckily, we accidently found an access point up on the kitchen cupboard and realized it is not plugged in, so sorted out problem ourselves. They charged 25 EUR per day for the last day of parking instead of 15 EUR (claiming it is New Year night), but haven't warned about that at the time of booking. Actually we had no sitting room as both sofa's in it were made as sleeping beds.

The apartment is comfortably located in the old town of the city. Its about 5min on foot to main shopping street and 15-20min to train station. The apartment was perfectly clean. The view from the terrace was just breath taking! I believe it should be just perfect during spring/summer.

The communication about check in was quite strange, we received 4 different calls from different people about check in. Moreover, we were informed that its not possible to check in earlier than 16:30 (official check in is 15h). The possibility to arrive earlier and leave luggage was not an option as well. The apartment is very basic and might be comfortable for 1-2 nights only.
