Although there is air conditioning, I didn't have to turn it on once as the pleasant sea breeze flowed through the apartment.

Almost everything was okay.

There was not sponge, soap and other necessary things for hygiene. That is needed for people that aren’t citizens of Malta.

I liked the fact that Lawrence came to the airport to pick me up for a small fee of 20 euro. the apartment was clean,each bedroom has its own ac unit & it has its own private court yard/sun terrace. All in all it's a nice apartment in a quiet part of Marsascala & the smooth rocky beach is a very short walk away.

There's just two things that I didn't like ( well more of a concern really ) Firstly the court yard area tends to have surface water pooling on the tiled yard & if not rectified could be a draw for injury claims by some types of people,my suggestion is have the overflow pipes from the apartments above extended to join into one pipe & terminate directly over the drain. Finally the shower base & bath:- The silicon sealant around both needs to be renewed/replaced to stop water leaking from under the shower & ( possibly ) the bath & flooding the floor,thus preventing any future injury claims against the host. The shower base needs the sealant replaced/renewed at all parts that touch the walls & floor & the bath around the pats that touch the walls & sink unit.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in general; pleasant atmosphere; straightforward and easy communication with host.

Would have preferred airconditioning but not really a problem since there were many fans in every room; no hand soap or washing liquid.

Location is good, just 5 min walk to the beach and close to stores and bus stops Quite area with a sea view balcony Lift takes you right up to apartment front door

Lovely apartment and very nice host 👍 Couldn't get the tv going but Lawrence came to our rescue and sorted it straight away
