Due to the cold weather, the first night was cold in the apartment but the host was very helpful and rectified the issue and we were toasty the following evening

Lack of shower mat (very slippy) Slept comfortably on sofa bed, we felt the spiral staircase slightly daunting in middle of night, especially after a couple of drinks.(handrail only on one side)

Very clean, close to station, felt very safe, bed extremly comfortable tea coffee and toiletries available Thankyou for the bubbly in the fridge

The spiral staircase was rather scary.

Perfect location. Just a short drive away from Beckenham high street. Very clean and comfy. House was beautiful. Would definitely recommend. Hosts were fantastic and kept us updated. Everything we needed was there.

The only thing we weren't so keen on was the spiral staircase to the top bed. Although this looked lovely, it felt a little dangerous with only one rail. Other than that the property was perfect.

Lovely area. Comfy bed. Happy to find that it was so cool and comfortable in the 2022 heatwave. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the shower lovely. The bus stop was almost outside and easy to get into Beckenham. We didn't bring our dog but I like that it is dog friendly.

Another arm chair would be good. Maybe supply extra bedding for the sofa bed as a matter of course, I asked for it but didn't see any and never got around to asking when we got there. Stairs were scary, especially in the dark at 3am!

The place was lovely and just what we needed to get ready for my wedding. The owners were fantastic and accommodating. It is well looked after and the bed was comfortable.

The location was great. A really lovely area and getting in and out of London via Uber was really straightforward. The apartment is great value for money. Nice touches of the wine and beer on arrival.

The property is advertised as pet friendly but we wouldn't recommend for anyone with a dog. The stairs are less than ideal and use of the garden if your dog needs to use the facilities is not allowed. We found this out when the owner knocked on the window to let us know. In our opinion, you shouldn't advertise somewhere as pet friendly if there are not available toileting areas for them. We also wouldn't recommend this property if you have any accessibility issues. Unfortunately we ended up sleeping downstairs because of the steps to the room which wasn't ideal, but we had a good night's sleep none the less. A few other areas to mention is that there was a mention of water in the fridge. There was not. It was advertised as having Google Chrome. Upon arrival we noticed it didn't. If we would have known we would have brought our own. All in all, whilst we had a comfortable stay, it was warm, clean but lacked in some the areas that would of made this stay amazing rather than good.

Steep stairs up to the bed, but the kids didn't need to go up them so it wasnt a problem for us

Clean, cosy, quiet and had all that was needed. Decor and furnishings were of a high standard and gave the accommodation a lovely contemporary, spacious and refined air. The complimentary wine, beer and mints were lovely and thoughtful touches.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here, quiet, clean and well equipped. Free parking right outside and based in the beautiful Beckenham area, plenty to do and see.

My only criticism would be I did not find the sofa comfortable - me being fussy!

Stayed for a week to be near family. A good location, short walk to train station and bus stop two houses away. Everything you need, fully equipped lovely kitchen, mezzanine bedroom with comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly when we had a problem with the wi-fi.
