Self catering, location has lovely views from the garden which was a sun trap in the evening. All the appliances you need in a well equipped kitchen.

Shower pressure poor from an electric shower.

- All essential stuff for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom was in plenty. - Great location + view, not too far from many attractions. - Relaxing home with relaxing garden to be in. - Amazing host who’s not just friendly but quite helpful, flexible with checkouts time too, concerning and just a phone call away if needed.

- Nothing negative really, everything was good in our stay. If needed, would definitely stay there again.

The house is big and spacious, it has everything you need. Great location and amazing view. The owner is very nice and accommodating. He let us check in earlier which made a massive difference to us.

It needs improvement on cleanliness. Kitchen cupboards inside were dirty and cobwebs in few places. Other than that it was very well maintained. Kitchen could do with few more teaspoons.

in cold weather heating control was locked, water pressure was very slow in shower, house was not clean, the owner said the neighbor is his dog watch so she will keep an eye on us so there was not freedom and privacy. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I am adding picture to see the level of cleaning in the house. Also due to storm and windy weather the toilet mirror fall and the owner asked for another £28 for a £5 worth mirror the house is insured. The owner told me how we are going to sleep as HE thought i have a wife and 5 KIDS !!! why would you assume if i have mentioned that there will be 7 adults. He made us wait in the rain and he was cleaning the house himself and doesn't bother to give it to a housekeeping to clean it to the standards. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURE BEFORE YOU BOOK DONT LOOK AT THE PICTURE YOU HAVE IN THE AD !

Very Pleasant and beautiful stay, I would like to go again again to this place, the owner of the property is so good and welcomed us with all safety measures and instruct each and everything in detail and offered their numbers to reach for any emergencies...

Location is excellent. Pubs not far, and only 15 minutes drive from the wonders of Snowdonia. Len was great and gave us a call to check everything was good with the place, as we arrived. Great value for money.

It’s a bit dated. Everything works fine, the kitchen is well stocked and the place is clean, but it is a bit dated on the inside.

Ideal location to visit different areas, and the local facilities only a short walk away. Very homely with all you need provided. The property owner was welcoming and willing to help in any way he could.

We liked len and his daughter the garden was very peaceful and had a great view the estate the property was on was quite len pointed out a cut though to get to the village which we used the house was well placed for sight seeing parking on the drive

We did need a pair off cissors but didn't manage to find any We could have done with a small Sharp knife

House had amazing view from the garden. A beds all made and and ready to jump in after a busy day. Kitchen had everythink we needed fridge and freezer clean and big enough. Lovely dinner table and sitting area. Plenty of space in the house for us all. All round a great place to stay

Nothing we didn't like about the house

The house was very spacious and homely, also in a great location just a short walk to the shops, bars and places to eat. The view from the house was stunning and had a lovely back garden. Len was really welcoming,letting us arrive early and phoning on the second day to make sure everything was okay and we could find everything. We will definitely return in the summer, would love to spend more time in the garden and enjoy the bbq.
