Property had good security and condo was beautiful.
The hot water was not working for 1 night.. it wasn’t fixed until next day. That was not ok. I arrived at 11:30pm and was given key to condo and it was not the right key.. took over 30min to find the right key and get settled with my kids. That was bad :-(

This place is disgusting I deserve a refund. Their was huge cockaroaches behind the headboard. The upstairs shower, toilet, and sink did not work. Their trash already had garbage in it. The floors were dirty, the blanket was dirty and smelly, the countertops were dusty. Spider webs and spider eggs everywhere. The shower mat was wet and dirty. It was not worth 400$ for two nights!!

Cute cozt apartment. Close to were we needed to go. Gated community and security all day/night.
Listing says 4 bedroom when we arrived it was only a 3 bedroom.

We had a great time during our stay at this location. We felt secure in the gated community. Everyone was friendly and nice as well.
Only thing I disliked was when I went to use their laundry room there was a lady who used up all of them on both days. There were about 6 washers, 6 dryers and she didn't allow anyone else to use the rest so she could use them to finish faster. I felt that was wrong since the washers and dryers were to share with everyone not hog them up.

It was confortable, safe & not far from restaurants, stores and the beach.
Very dirty grill equipment, umbrella shade equipment broken, patio door latch broken.

The inside could have been cleaner & the fixtures in the home ie; windows & curtain rods could be cleaner and updated. Most windows were broken & not able to open easily. We did see one cockroach on the door in one of the bedrooms. Also there was a smashed bugs legs in the master bedroom above the headboard as if someone smashed it previously & it was not wiped up.

The location was great close to everything I needed to get to in Rosarito! The day security was very informative, polite & helpful. I appreciated that the owner was available when I needed to call him for something! My stay was in mid February 2022 overall our stay was good felt Very Safe there especially that its a gated complex!!
I was not too fond of the night security he was very rude when it was not necessary! Sadly I had to call the owner to help with the situation which he did! Jacuzzi was not working the security mentioned that is was going to get fixed that wknd we stayed there. I knew the condo was 2 story, however I didn't realize the stairs would be a little narrow & no railing bar to use to go up or down the stairs since all the bedrooms are upstairs. I had to help my elderly mom & cousin up & down the stairs to make sure they didn't slip & fall since the floor is all tile. So if traveling with elderly or handicap people this place might not work. However overall it was a safe clean condo!

The property is private it has a security 24 hours a day. The property was clean, it had working heater, the Wifi worked really good, the porch outside was private it had a grill and table with benches to enjoy the vacation with family.

The host was amazing! He was on top of it at all times, very comfortable stay! Would definitely stay again! Our group was super comfortable. The place is safe and only a 10 min drive to the main downtown. Thank you so much!
