It is very close to everything. 6 mins from airport. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. 13 mins to old San Juan and Distrito TMOBILE. The apartment is very clean. Has complimentary water for when arrive and toiletries. Plenty of towels. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs and towels, umbrella and cooler. Parking! Walgreens and CVS near by. Banco Popular across the way.

I like windows and there are not a lot. They do have a balcony. Needs a small bistro table and chairs, and it would be perfect.

The location was excellent! A short walk to the isla verde strip and the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Brian was an excellent host and was very responsive.

Excellent location! Near the beach and restaurants! We spent more time outside than in the apartment. The bed is comfortable. TV is large, but 90percent of the time was on the beach! Brian is a wonderful host!

Location was perfect for a quick stay. Easy ride to/from the airport and walking distance to the beach. Grocery, bakery, and restaurants nearby. Plenty of towel, comfy bed, and even a cooler and beach chairs to use! Would stay again

only downside is the traffic noise can be loud at night.

Brian the host is great; very helpful to make your stay successful. He even bought a new mask and snorkel for my use.

the sofa bed is a classic sofa bed, not ideal for a good night’s sleep. I was traveling with my mother and the sofa bed made for a sad second bed.

The owner is very detailed in his introduction to the place and very responsive. The place itself is in a great location. Restaurants and the beach is only 5 min away. The place is also very clean. Enjoyed my stay here.

Walking distance to the beach was good.

The bathroom and dining room windows were boarded up blocking any natural light into the space. This also caused very poor ventilation.

The apartment was clean, and well-equipped. The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach, and restaurants and within minutes to many tourist areas such as El viejo San Juan, Isla Verde and El Condado.

The apartment was clean and convenient. Air was great once we figured it out. Had extra towels if needed and beach equipment which was definitely a plus. TV had Netflix and other apps.Easy check in and out. Overall enjoyed this apartment it was just as advertised.

The restaurant food in the area wasn't worth the price. It was actually disappointing, but at least we could walk to it.

We loved the response of the owners to our inquiries...we were happy to have a suite (full kitchen, living room area), and PARKING... and internet TV choices... as compared to a hotel choice... The location was as expected, and fine ... no security issues...

It was a bit noisy with highway right there, but we accommodated by turning the AC on at night so we could sleep... else all was good...

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Large size of apartment. Beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler box) provided. Very responsive host/owner and trying to help with issues.

Noise from freeway close by. One evening without any electricity (and internet) and another night without internet, which seemed to be a problem in the neighbourhood so not the host's fault.

Nice amenities: boogie boards, ice chest and many more. Well decorated. Clean. Nice Shower.

Sound proof walls or having the property moved to another quieter location. Directly next to a busy highway. Til about 1AM they were drag strip driving and playing outrageously loud music as they drove by. The key reason, why I cannot recommend this property to any of my friends and family.
