This is a gem of a find and we were so pleased it was available. Although the house itself is small, it has a lovely large terrace and other seating area in the grounds with amazing views. The house has everything you could need (smart TV during the storm was a bonus).

Great garden, enough outside space for a family. Garden shower is also very nice. The location of this house makes it really worthwhile to stay there, nice shade and view over the bay. Super close to the beach. Great with kids. You can take the main road, or the stairs that exit next to the trash bins. 1,5 min walk to the beach. Airco's are great and necessary in the summer. Beds are good quality and the house is very well equipped. The small supermarket is at the beach, good selection of fresh products. We would definitely go back here, apart from all these great things, there are a few thing to know:
Two mornings off our week holiday were disrupted with a tank-truck that was pumping out the sewer pit of on the restaurant below. This makes 30 min a lot of noise and dirty smell. It would be great if they would do this really early, when everybody is sleeping. Or to give you heads up to be gone.
Bathroom is small, old and a bit smelly. We have been showering mainly outside, there is enough privacy in the garden, and the garden is great.
Communication with the owner is good. Communication with the outsourced house management a bit difficult. Poor English.
Checking in after 20:00 is charged with 50 EUR, or possible by Whats app.
The parking spot that belongs to the house is small. We had a tiny Mitsubishi ASX and could just park it. Don't bring a big car, also handy for the rest of Ibiza.

This apartment was such a find!!! This was our first time in Ibiza so we wanted somewhere that was relaxing and fairly quiet in the day and Cala Vadella is just that, the very short walk to the beach was the dream. The apartment itself is lovely and gives a true Spainish feel!
The lady managing the apartment was always on call for any questions we had and made the check in and check out prosess very smooth!
There's one car spot available which makes it very handy as there's limited car park spots available within the small town. I would only rent a normal sized car though, nothing large as the space is small.
We will definitely be visiting again and staying in this apartment!

We have just returned from a week at Marc's property in Ibiza and I think its fair to say that it surpassed all our expectations with the crowning glory being the location. The views from the property were exceptional with the best sunsets we've ever seen. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and within an easy 2 minute walk of the beach, shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely brilliant time and hope to be back. Thank you so much for having us share your wonderful space.

His house is very good located. The beach is only a 2 min walk.
It’s perfect for a little family with 1 or 2 kids. Lots of equipment and also baby’s equipment!

Wanted a peaceful stay in Ibiza and that’s what I got….the weather was good and the villa is lovely and private with great views and lovely gardens.
Pretty much everything was catered for and spotlessly clean with a good comfy bed and a great shower…parking and the road out is a lil tight so definitely no bigger than a mid size hire car
Will definitely return to this beautiful part of the island and thank you for the use of your home.

Location and accommodation were so much better than we expected.
Loved the outside space and listening to the waves in the morning; proximity and quality of the beaches and restaurants was amazing.

My wife and I (and our small dog) had a magical time staying at Es Vaporet. Simone was a lovely host. The space itself has tons of outdoor space and could not be closer to the beach of Cala Vedella as well as it’s restaurants and small grocery. The short road uphill/ driveway is narrow, please tent your car accordingly. We hope to be able to return.

The house is located with the best view at the bay off Cala Vedella i have ever seen. Also a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and little supermarkt where you can get in the morning fresh baked croissants and bread.
We liked to sit at the end off the day with the sunset at the loungeset in the garden.
The house is well equiped with everything you need.
When i come back to Ibiza i will definitly rent this house again!

I really loved all the different areas of the house! Cala Vadella beach is only 2 minutes away, you hear the ocean whilst sleeping. Thank you for the yoga mat. The cats made it our home for a week ❤️

Amazing property with breath taking views of the bay. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. House was prepared with baby gates for the outdoor patio. Great outdoor space and cozy interior. Not very big inside but the view and outdoor space definitely makes up for that! Overall great house for our family of four.

Vegetation created a very private space despite being very close to the beach, but vegetation equals lots of biting insects - go prepared. Top veranda for lovely breeze with partial view of the beach. Lower patio for great sunset views: you need to like cats cause they like this space as well. Very well equipped kitchen which is vital as the few restaurants are very expensive. As the villa is almost on top of a restaurant there can be a constant smell from the extractor fans if the wind is off the sea. The villa is a great retreat from a very busy beach and its proximity meant I could stroll down to the beach before the resort was awake, swim with the bay to myself and stroll back, 5 mins villa to water's edge.

The location of the villa cannot be bettered, being right on the beach and overlooking it from the lovely terrace. We swam in the crystal clear and warm waters everyday and then enjoyed a short walk to the large array of restaurants and bars in the evening. A supermarket for breakfast goods was a 500 yard stroll away each morning. We waited 2 years (because of the pandemic) for this holiday and so expectations were high and this lovely house in this beautiful town did not disappoint. Special thanks to Marc our host who was attentive and helpful at every stage and to Simone the property manager who greeted us and was on hand if we ever needed anything. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and I think we will be back!

We love Es Vaporet, the house itself is all you can wish for including a sea view from the terrace.
Confortable bed, silent airco, fully equipt and clean kitchen and cozy decorations.
Sun loungers, nice garden and veranda furnature that makes it a geat place to spent your time.
We love it that things like salt, sugar and oil does not get cleared away afer each visit. We think it is unsessasary to make every visitor buy everyting all over again and it also feels more homely when you open up a cubboard and find some essentials.
Wifi is good and the house has an alarm too.
But best of all is how close the house is to the beach, it is really just a 2 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches of the island.
The water there is always calm and clear, ideal for very young kids. It is not a ‘party’ beach with music and loud groups but lovely tranquil.
There are a few bars and restaurants at the beach, the best one by far is Cana Sofia, they have a very creative menu. Try it.
We will defiantly return here.

Very nice Spanish house with a lovely garden. Situated near the beach and all the local restaurants and shops. We really love this house, the view and the garden where you can sit in privately. The sunsets are amazing. Sure we are coming back!

Nous sommes enchantés par nos vacances à Es Vaporet où nous sommes restés 2 semaines.
Localisation idéale à quelques dizaines de mètres de la cala Vedella. Les enfants peuvent aller seuls à la plage. On peut les voir de la terrasse. La cala Vedella est bien située, très proche du magnifique parc d’Es Vedra.
Maison charmante et très agréable à vivre. Vaste espace de détente en extérieur (grande terrasse couverte, transats, pergola dans le jardin). Maison charmante, fonctionnelle et bien agencée. Très bien équipée (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, chaîne Hi-fi). Bonne literie.
Excellent service de Marc et Simone qui répondent vite à nos demandes et font tout pour rendre nos vacances agréables.

Casa coqueta y con buenas vistas
Muy bien situado, al lado del la playa de cala vadella y con excelente vistas al mar. La casa es pequeña pero coqueta, cómoda y suficiente para 4 personas. Eso sí, un poco alejada de servicios básicos como gasolinera, supermercados y panaderías ya que estaba todo cerrado en la zona de la cala. Recomendable en cualquier caso.

Just steps away from Cala Vadella beach you’ll find yourself in a cozy house, equipped with all amenities.
Shaded terrace in front of the living with a comfortable dining table for 6 and 2 comfy sun beds.
A second terrace with a stunning view on the bay and beach.
With 2 teenage daughters the high speed internet connection made our lives even more comfortable.
Both bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds (double bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in the other one.
Plenty of storage available for clothing and a tiny yet very well equipped kitchen, incl. dishwasher and large fridge incl. 3 draw freezer.
Complimentary use of washing machine, always easy.
Special thanks to host Simone, who was always available for any questions or services.
Long story short: there are absolutely no ‘cons’ booking this house, we’ll certainly be back!

Hidden gem during off season.
After a timely search for a week's stay in Ibiza over Christmas period, I found this property. Marc was very good at communicating and was swift with his responses. He was through in his directions and recommendations. The property is very well located for a quite rest if you are there off season. Not sure what it would be like during the main season. The property is fully equipped with all the gadgets needed for a self catering holiday. Ideal for a small family of four or two couples, but no more.
Our check in was done with great care and a very smily Maria. Cant fault anything here and we hope to return soon.

Absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic house in a perfect location. My wife and I loved our time here and found the property to be ideal. The resort is great for family's and has more than enough restaurants and bars without attracting an unruly element. We would definitely come here again.
I would agree with a previous review not to bring a large car as the road is very tight and the only constructive criticism I would add is that the absolutely fantastic view has now been mostly obscured by the growth of the trees and shrubs but this did not particularly effect our time here. I still give it 5/5 with thanks.

What a beautiful cottage! It was the perfect size for three adults and one child. Loved the huge terrace to chill and eat on whilst looking at the ocean. The other outdoor garden sitting area was even more beautiful and had a better view of the ocean. There was an outdoor shower, great WiFi, a clothes washing machine and the bonus an fantastic music sound system to listen to music to everyday! Maria who checked us in and out is so friendly, a pleasure to meet. Definitely rent a car when staying in Cala Vadella. We did not and ended up spending a lot on taxis. The bus stops at 8pm to that area. What an amazing cottage and beach location. Can’t wait to come back next year and stay in this cottage again!
