The lady who checked us in at the hotel was wonderful - she spoke English well, was really kind and smiling. In the following days, the staff had very basic English skills. The room was pleasant - air conditioning, fast Internet. The hotel's unfavorable location is saved by the short distance to the bus stop. Buses run frequently, and you can reach the center of Burgas without major difficulties (it's worth reading about public transportation, there are ticket inspectors on the bus who sell and check tickets, they rarely speak English and are unfriendly).

The location of the hotel is bad - it's in an industrial district with abandoned buildings in the vicinity, and walking around in the evening can be unsettling. During our stay, there was a brief (2-3 hour) water outage, and we're not sure if it was hotel-related.

Location seems strange but with the car there was no problem. Spacious room. Except pilow everything is good. Recommend. In Bulgaria i expected worth. But was surpriced.

It's a small hotel, with very polite staff, very clean and having a convenient parking place free of charge.

the street is quite busy and when I get a room looking at it the noise is not very pleasant.

The rooms are quite big and obviously very clean. The beds are comfortable and we had everything that we need (trash can, more than enough towels, soap and shampoo, etc.). Also, I loved that they have free parking - right across the street. Great for a quick stay when traveling a long route.

Maybe some of the staff members should learn English. :D

Everything was more than perfect. Place is nice, comfortable. We stayed only oni night, but for sure we will repeat. Thank you a lot!
