Kommen Sie und übernachten Sie in unserem stilvollen, eigenständigen Boat House Studio. Es ist für Kurzaufenthalte verfügbar. Es ist ideal gelegen, wenn Sie zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad um die Insel gehen oder einfach nur das sich ändernde Meer und den Himmel erleben und den Wellen lauschen möchten. Das Studio befindet sich in einem Gebiet von außergewöhnlicher natürlicher Schönheit, nur wenige Minuten von Reitwegen mit Blick auf den berühmten Zuckerhut und die Woody Bay entfernt und ganz in der Nähe von Steephill Cove und Ventnor sowie dem St. Catherine's Lighthouse in der Nähe.
Das Studio ist unabhängig und hell, hell und schrullig. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und eine doppelte Terrassentür, die auf eine kleine private Terrasse im mediterranen Stil führt, auf der Sie sitzen können. Es gibt eine offene kleine Wohnküche für leichte Mahlzeiten mit einer gemütlichen Lounge mit TV und WLAN-Zugang. Das Schlafzimmer mit offenem Schnitt bietet ein großes Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa, ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien, die gerne offen leben. Unsere wundervolle Pergola blickt direkt auf das Meer und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Zuckerhut, der sich hervorragend zum Essen im Freien, für einen Drink oder einen Cream Tea eignet. Den Gästen steht ein moderner Gasgrill zur Verfügung.
. Bei der Ankunft erhalten Sie ein kleines Willkommenspaket. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt im Voraus. Die Anmeldezeiten sind 15.00 Uhr und die Abfahrtszeiten sind 10.30 Uhr. Wir haben einen privaten Parkplatz für das Studio. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein gut sortiertes Post- / Gemeinschaftsgeschäft mit einer Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, Papieren und anderen Leckereien. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. c

Beautiful property, perfect for our trip to explore the Isle of Wight. Mark and Eve are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with an afternoon tea, a bottle of wine, beers and juice and snacks for our daughter. The property has the most amazing views and we made full use of the garden and gazebo, especially in the evening. The studio is much more spacious than expected and is part of Mark and Eve's beautiful home. It's beautifully decorated, well equipped and very clean. The Boathouse was very easy to find and was a great location to travel around the island. Nothing was very far away. We very much hope to return for another stay soon.

We loved everything about the Boat House Studio from the welcome by Mark and Eve (including a glass of Pimms and a cream tea) to the wonderful location and the studio itself. It is very comfortable with every amenity you might need. It was so peaceful and fantastic views from the gazebo. We spent many a happy time drinking wine and tracking ships in the Channel. The property is really well positioned for exploring the whole Island and very easy access to Ventnor which is gorgeous. A special mention for the Spyglass Inn in Ventnor and the Garlic Farm restaurant. We definitely hope to return

Lovely studio. A little more space than expected. The welcome pack was thoughtful. We enjoyed the cream tea in the Gazebo overlooking the sea and sunset. Thank you Eve and Mark.

We stayed here over my birthday weekend and it was the most perfect weekend! We were able to have breakfast overlooking the water every morning and the coastal path is just down the road. The studio was immaculate, beautiful decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a break on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

What an amazing place to stay overlooking the ocean. The place was spotless and equipped with everything you needed.. great walks around st Lawrence with amazing views. Eve & Mark left us a welcoming strawberry’s scones and cream, tea coffee and milk, and a big bottle of Coke because we don’t drink LoL. What a lovely welcome and the nicest couple. If we needed anything they were there for us.. lots of places to visit which none were very far away. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back again. We came for a few nights and were greeted by Eve & Mark, who welcomed us and took the time to show us around, as well as providing a lovely welcome pack of cream tea, wine, beer and milk! We really loved the gazebo outside, where we spent our evenings looking out over the sea - total bliss! The location is really good - St Lawrence is so peaceful and quiet. We had an amazing stay here and will definitely be back!! Thank you for everything.

Very nice and quiet place with unique view to the sea. Perfect if you want to relax.
Owners was very nice and helpful. Advised best places to visit. On arrival day we found some nice snacks, which pleasantly surprised us.

Lovely stay in great location
We had a lovely relaxing time at Mark and Eve's. The property is perfect for 2 adults, and has lovely views over the sea from the garden. It's secluded and private, and well situated for access to Ventor, the Botanic Gardens, and the roads to the rest of the island.

Fantastic
Fantastic views and welcoming hosts made this the perfect getaway for us for a few days.
Close to Ventnor, Steep Hill, Botanic gardens with wonderful paths and beautiful villages.

Mark and Eve were so welcoming. We loved our stay in their studio and the outdoor space was lovely. Ventnor is a great area of the Isle of Wight to stay with fantastic views and lots to do!

We had a wonderful weekend break at Eve & Mark’s Boat House studio. Great hosts who made us feel most welcome! A lovely property which was immaculately clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. The studio has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and was the quiet, relaxing break we needed. The welcome gift of a bottle of fizz and afternoon tea treats was a lovely touch. The view from the garden over the sea and use of their heated summerhouse to relax in the evening with a glass of wine was a real treat!Ventnor is a 45 minute walk along the spectacular cliff path and a 10 minute taxi ride back after our delicious pub lunch at the Spyglass Inn. We’d love to return someday to explore more of the island!

The property has astonishing views and very easy access to the beautiful coastal path. It was absolutely spotless, our hosts were very welcoming and super helpful. We just had a wonderful break and are planning to come back!

Amazing experience
We had a great experience in Isle of Wight. Mark and Eve are very accommodating hosts.We booked last minute, spend 12 days in the studio and had our bikes with us, and have been offered a safe place to keep them. The Boat Studio is beautiful, situated on the coast and the Pergola is overlooking the sea, perfect for sunrise or sunset. The area is stunning and the studio is minutes walk from Woody Bay, beautiful landmarks and there is coastal walk to the Botanical Garden and Ventnor. Definitely recommend The Boat House, Mark and Eve.

Excellent stay
Mark and Eve are very friendly hosts and make sure you have a warm welcome. The Bot house is lovely decorated and all you need will be there to have a comfortable stay. The view from the garden is amazing. We definitely will come back and can highly recommend the Boat House.
