Dies ist ein brandneues Zuhause auf dem Golfplatz von Concan, zwischen der 2. und 3. Überquerung des Flusses Frio. Dieses schöne Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 5 Bäder und bietet Platz für bis zu 20 Personen. Der Hauptwohnbereich umfasst einen riesigen Kamin, der sich bis zu einer Höhe von 18 Fuß erstreckt, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitoberflächen und maßgefertigten Schränken. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit maßgeschneiderten Schränken und Granit. Draußen können Sie beobachten, wie die Golfer versuchen, auf dem 17. Green vom speziell gestalteten Sportpool oder der Cabana aus zu landen, die über einen Fernseher im Freien, ein Waschbecken und einen Grill verfügt.
Der Zugang zum Fluss Frio erfolgt an der 1. Kreuzung.

We go to the river every year. Typically we stay at the same spot every time but wanted a change. We are happy with our choice. The home is beautiful, perfect for our group, pool was nice and clean and had free river access which is a plus. We will stay again in the future.

This was a perfect place for our family to have a vacation all together after more than a decade apart. The house is beautiful and was clean when we arrived. The pool felt great and everything was easy to access! Not too far from town and enough to feel secluded. I would definitely come back again!

We had a fun trip with a large group of friends and really enjoyed the location, house setup, cleanliness, and proximity to the Frio and golf. I highly recommend this spot for a fun getaway.

This property has a pool, queen sized bunks, and provides sheets on the bed. Those three things set it apart from other properties. This definitely moves to the top of my list for places to stay in Concan.

This vacation was by far one of our best and the reason was this house. This house had plenty of room which allowed our family to all be together under 1 roof (17 adults & kids). The pool was a great! The outdoor kitchen was perfect and got plenty of use. Loved the outdoor table which fit all of us as we celebrated my son’s birthday. It was very hard to drag ourselves out of the house for some river fun. The only complaint I have is something was wrong with the water, came out like 1% milk (not clear). There was construction next door so that may have been the cause. We didn’t know if it was safe to drink so we stuck to bottle water, even to brush our teeth. But if you ask me if I’d stay there again, even with the water issue, my answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!!!! Shane is a good host!

Our friends from Chicago joined us to celebrate the loss of their dad one year prior. We wanted a place where we could chill by the pool, have the two children play on a playground and have plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have the privacy they needed. Our host, Shane met us at the house and was so helpful with little tips. We had such a wonderful experience! The house was so lovely and so clean. The kitchen was so well stocked with every kind of pot and pan we could have asked for. The handmade table was gorgeous and amazing for visiting. I cannot say enough about this place!

The house had plenty of room for our group of 16! The pool area was the perfect place to hangout. We grilled every night and enjoyed seeing the deer come up to the yard. The kids were entertained by the pool and play set and the fire pit was perfect for hanging out and making s’mores. We would definitely stay again! Thank you

Love the house. Was very peaceful. Things you may want to follow up on. The pool was not clean when we arrived it’s is really bad now. The tile in the kitchen in front of drawers left of stove is warm. Might want to check for hot water leak in foundation. Showers were all pretty dirty in the corners. We left the property right at 11

We were celebrating my 50th and we really enjoyed ourselves. We got to go to the river that was close by, play golf also close by and relax by the pool. The house was nice and clean when we arrived as well as the check in was easy. The only thing I will say is the one bedroom to the right as you walk out to the pool area was not comfortable; for me that is. Other than that we all had a great time and looking forward to going out again soon.

Excellent area and ammenities!
Home on the Range is excellent for a fun Frio river trip. House is gorgeous, centrally located to everything, and has tons of modern conveniences. The pool and backyard area were terrific and made it hard to go to the river. We had a great time swimming in the pool and hanging out in the backyard.

Great Family Getaway
We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The layout of the house is awesome and there was plenty of room throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The pool and outside bar were a relaxing spot after a day on the river. The Property Manager Shane is amazing and was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our trip and we will definitely stay at the house again. Thank you Shane and Helen for a wonderful get away!

Beautiful home that comfortably fit our extended family. Property manager was very responsive and the pool was a huge hit with our three toddlers.

Family weekend getaway
The pictures do not do this property justice! The house is beautiful and very spacious and the kitchen had all necessary utensils. We had a group of 13 with 3 teen boys. The rooms with outdoor access from the pool area gave additonal privacy. Every room has its own bathroom which is so convenient. Shane was very responsive when messaged with a question. We read the reviews and description before hand so we knew to take our own towels. The house was clean when we arrived, and better than expected. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was a wonderful experience. Our host, Shane, was the best.
The property is even better than what the pictures show. The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen fully equipped. I think our overall favorite spot was the pool area. Our host was readily available from the time we booked to the time we left. Thank you, Shane. We will certainly be back to Home on the Range next summer.

Amazing Home
Stayed here back in 2020 to get away from Houston and the COVID surge. Had a wonderful time with my family and kids. Convenient location close to the Frio.

Wonderful home!!!
We had a great time!! Home was clean, spacious and had a great setup. 2 of the bedrooms have access from outside pool area which created some additional privacy. All necessary kitchen tools were there. No towels provided- so remember to bring them but washer and dryer made that easier. Bunk room was great- tons of large bunk beds for kids. Definitely recommend!

Home on the Range was wonderful
This home got our needs perfectly. The kitchen was great, very large ice box, two trash containers, lots of counter space. It was short on silverware but we made due. The rooms were good size and each bedroom having its own bath was so convenient. The pool and backyard was soooo nice. We will be booking there again.

Wonderful Long Weekend
The house was very impressive with five bedrooms and five baths, a very nice combination. The interior was decorated with great taste and quality. The pool and fire pit were most enjoyable additions. Our only complaint was that there were no bath towels or kitchen towels included. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property.
