Honestly there is a wow factor when you walk in to this apartment - it is quite simply gorgeous ! It is immaculately clean and so spacious clean and even has a roof sun terrace. The attention to detail from the hosts was really impressive and they kept in regular contact with us to make sure we were comfortable and knew of all the local amenities, eateries etc. The location is beautiful, in the quiet, stunning Old Town of Javea with lots of lovely shops, places to eat and drink and postcard beautiful streets along with lovely local hospitality. The supermarket and Pharmacy are literally on your doorstep. The far busier and tourist area of Javea is the Arenal which is really fab and fun - it has a large sandy beach and buzzing atmosphere - this is very close by car or you can hop on the local tourist fun bus which stops 100m from this apartment and be there in 20 mins. I think in summary the appeal of this gorgeous apartment is that you are in the heart of a beautiful quiet classy area yet you have full and easy access to the resort side of Javea / Xabia. David was a fantastic host, could not be more helpful and assisted us throughout with booking some amazing restaurants! Really useful to have such a responsive host. Location is fantastic, it’s nice and peaceful and in the heart of the old town. The property itself is huge for the number of guests, very clean and has a great roof terrace to relax on.

Brilliant place for 5 people including a child who particularly enjoyed the bunk beds. Lovely house in the centre of Jàvea- close to lovely beaches and good restaurants particularly if you have a car to get slightly out of town. We were surprised that David provided complimentary parking in a car park around 5 mins walk away. Pharmacy and supermarket just round the corner. Jàvea has everything we needed. The host David was brilliant, guiding us to the door via Whatsapp and phone and letting us in through a video door bell, then providing great suggestions throughout our stay. Craft beers in the fridge, nice wines in the kitchen and a complimentary breakfast basket we’re very welcome touches. Highly recommended.
Just one suggestion I’ve already shared with the owner- the third bedroom could really do with air conditioning- it got really hot during the day even at the end of May, the other two bedrooms had good ac and we’re very comfortable.

Ca’n Tosca is a wonderfull spacious appartment in the middle of the old center.

Host very friendly and polite. Went out of his way to helo us. House was very clean very well equipped.. Kitchen had everything including beautiful dishes. Big fridge newly furnished. Matresses very comfortable.. Big and spacious and even had netflix. Perfectly located for exploring Javea and surroundings. Also supermarket pharmacy and very nice cafes restaurants on the doorstep. Highly recommended it.

Very comfortable. Great location. Owners extremely pleasant and welcoming. They gave us a welcoming gift of breakfast items and fresh squeezed orange juice. The apartment has everything! Even a parking pass to park for free in the lot.
