La couette de lit n’était pas propre Il y a avait une canette de poison a cochrelle et punaise. Cela nous a fait peur pour le séjour. Si il n’y en a pas ils ne devraient pas mettre ce produit dans les chambres.

The location was great! Beautiful views and close to the pub and general store. Not far from Philip island and so many great beaches not far away. TV was good and had options for the kids. New playground just down the road with a mini skate park which our kids loved.

For a family room it was small. Not much else to do for kids. I feel it’s a much better location for adults or older kids. The room was modernised but the bed was very hard and the chairs not very comfortable. The toaster kept shorting the power in the room. They fixed it straight away so that was good. Fridge size was tiny, especially for a family room. The sink in bathroom was the only option for washing dishes.

The lady on reception when we checked in was lovely, very welcoming and provided lots of knowledge about Kilcunda and surrounding areas. The split system heating/cooling in the room was amazing - I was wondering whether it would be cold as it is winter but it was just right. The room itself was very spacious and had all of the basic necessities that one needs for a night away.

My only criticism would be the price but this isn't anything against the business itself, it is just recognition of the times that we are in now and how inflation/cost of living is affecting hotels, motels, airbnb etc. I stayed in a place on the Great Ocean Road that was $74 for one night pre covid times - post covid it is now $150. I hope for businesses that there is a way around this in future!

Location was perfect. Great addition with double glazed windows and sound proofing. Excellent split system. We were very comfortable

Looking forward to the bathroom upgrades. Bathroom worked fine just would make it perfect.

No kitchenette

Perfect location which was not impacted by the sound of the highway. Great landing zone for exploring the coast.

Location excellent , room very tidy and clean

The king bed was really 2 singles pushed together which makes it very uncomfortable for couples Mattresses also very hard

Having a smart tv and blanket heater.

Bathroom was a bit cold.
