Everything was just perfect! We've spent 1 night here with our 2 years old son and loved the place. This place is just made for a comfortable stay with a kid - design is just amazing, the view overlooking the lake is just amazing, staff is crying, they provide a baby crib and baby bath upon request, there is a kids room on the 1st floor with lots of toys an a lovely garden with a playground surrounded by dinosaurs where we loved to chill. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and included in the rate, as well as unlimited access to the zoo and free parking. One more thing to add - the hotel has it's own access to the zoo, no need to spend time in the line, you just use your own key to enter the zoo, it was really handy since we arrived on Sunday and there were plenty of people.

-allmost no healthy food. -no boiled water for tea or oat flakes - only from one very slow and allways occupied coffee machine

It is a very nice and stylish hotel with amazing location. The rooms and all facilities were exceptionally clean and the staff was super friendly.

Surprisingly the quality of the food is very very low, something you would expect at a work self-serve canteen but not at a hotel like this.

Everything, it was SUPERB în all aspects. I will come here all over again. The fact that you can go at the zoo and get back to the hotel and back to the zoo... I think this is priceless. The food was very very good, at breakfast and also at dinner! We found surprises in our room (like the fact that you can make popcorn). The entire hotel is spectacular in how it is designed. All rooms are different and themed by an animal you can see at the zoo. Very good lighting in the new company room; they wanted to see how good they cleaned everything! 😂 Very nice. The stuff was customer centric and helped us immediately.

We found out, months after our visit, that there was an indoor playground for small children... 😔. I bet our child would have enjoyed it, but we were not informed about such a place.

The food was amaaaaazing. and the staff were so friendly. and the zoo entrance was a great plus! i love also that during checkout they still give you a zoo pass for that day.

The WiFi sometimes was slow.
