Beautiful oceanfront home, steps from the beach and a short walk to Lake Lytle
Dieses erstaunliche 2360 qm große Haus wurde 2007 gebaut. Das enorme Hauptschlafzimmer überspannt die Strandbreite der oberen Ebene und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten (ideal für eine Familie mit jüngeren Kindern). Die zusätzlichen 2 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Kingsize-Bett. Zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Spiel- / Aktivitätsbereich mit 2 ausziehbaren Einzelbetten. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Ihren Kochbedürfnissen ausgestattet. Das Haus hat einen beheizten Außenwasserauslass, um den Sand vom Strand zu reinigen. Der Strand kann über den Rip Rap (große Felsen, um die Wellen zu brechen) erreicht werden. Es gibt zusätzliche Bereiche, um den Strand entlang der Zufahrtsstraße zu erreichen.

Es gibt auch verschiedene Wandermöglichkeiten, wie den Neahkanhnie Mountain, der 26 km entfernt liegt.

This was our fourth time staying at this wonderful property in Rockaway. We have been coming with our daughter, her husband and our two Grandsons. It is right on the beach, with beautiful sweeping views of the ocean! It's a real plus having the outdoor hose with warm water to wash the sand off. We hope we can keep this family tradition for many years to come!

Our family of 7 loved our stay at this home! We had plenty of room and beds for everyone. Everyone reported their bed to be extra comfy. The home was very clean. Loved the large windows in main area to watch the waves. We had no problem getting down to the beach via the rocks behind the house(youngest is 11) including carrying our beach gear. Several of my kids even preferred doing it bare foot. We loved using the beach stuff in the garage-chairs, table, sunshade, boogie boards, buckets, shovels(large and small). Plenty of beach towels. We also walked the kayaks to the lake and enjoyed that. Roasted marshmallows in fire pit(roasting sticks in garage and found drift wood to use on the beach). Note the kitchen has no condiments or things like tinfoil/baggies-bring what you need. Plenty of paper towels and tp. We did an online order for groceries in Tiillamook(30 mins away). Our 3rd time to Oregon and after seeing lots of beaches in past trips, my kids opted to stay at this beach everyday.vs visit the bigger croweded beaches. Beautiful quiet beach!

Everything we could want for a beach house for our week of shopping, walks on the beach, campfires and family time! Host was amazing, expectations were upfront and clear, house was so close to the beach! Loved it!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful clean home. We cooked almost all our meals in and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed for cooking everything I had planned for. It only had a few spices so be sure to bring your own. I always do. The location is spectacular with just some rocks to navigate to the beach as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed our week very much! I would recommend Littoral Lounge too for great cocktails while staying there.

Staying at this house was an absolute delight! The house was impeccably stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. The host's attention to detail was remarkable; they were incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and serene surroundings. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!"

My group enjoyed the stay. It was nice that the hosts allowed us to use their extras like boogie boards & sand buckets. Plenty of towels was appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a George Foreman grill & a slow cooker. Beach access isn’t easy for older adults, and it’s helpful to know that there are 6 steps into the home and about 12 steps to get to a shower.

We have stayed at this property three times and each time enjoyed our stay. The addition of the blackout shades in the bedrooms and new dining table were much appreciated! We plan to reserve in summer 2024!

We had a fantastic return to our favorite beach town in August. Lisa did an awesome job to deliver such great customer service to make sure that we will have a great stay. We have an allergy to scents and she went out of her way to communicate to us what scents were in the house and went above and beyond to buy expensive scent free laundry detergent. The house is well kept, clean and spacious. The view is awesome and it has easy access to the beach. We enjoyed m a ny meals in the well equiped, clean kitchen and msny beach walks snd a beautiful sunset. We even got to watch some surfers riding the waves. Thank you Lisa and Mitch for sharing your wonderful home and we plan to return next year.

Great location on Oregon coast - beauty of the beach without all the crowds. Extremely well stocked with all the items (toys, chairs, kayaks, kites, barbecues, etc) you could ever want. Most importantly, an owner who is caring and wants you to have a good time. Outstanding vacation- all the family wants to come back.

This is our third time staying at this property. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful ocean view, with easy beach access. We came here with our daughter, son in law and two grandsons, ages 8 and 5. My daughter especially liked the warm water outside faucet for washing the sand off the boys after a fun filled afternoon on the beach!

Our family Spent a long weekend to explore the Oregon coast and had a fabulous time! Loved the views and having beach access. We took morning runs on the beach and had an evening bonfire in fire pit after a stunning sunset.

We are all older adults, family members and spouses. Comfortable house. Long walks on the beach that is right out the back door. Chairs around the fire pit. Spectacular view all day, but especially so at sunset. Some fun restaurants close by. Toured and ATE at the Tillamook factory. Drove up to Astoria. Just a very nice vacation rental.

We had an amazing stay in Rockaway. We’ve loved this beach for decades, but really found the perfect spot with this house. It was very comfortable for our multi-generational group of 6 adults and 1 little girl. The house is perfectly stocked with all your basic essentials. There’s toys, puzzles, sand gear, fishing gear, etc providing entertainment for all ages. House is conveniently located close to so many activities. Our host was incredible, quick with responses, and thankfully flexible when we flubbed up our original reservation. We will definitely be back, hoping to make it an annual escape!

This house was perfect for our stay! Very clean and organized. Plenty of sleeping space and my teens liked the upstairs tv room. Views were amazing and easy beach access. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit! We will be back!

This was a great house with amazing views right on the water. We came with my parents kids ranging from 11 to 28. The great room had seating for everyone for great times together and room to spread out. Climbing over the rocks was tricky at fist but we got use to it. Stairs down were about a block away for easier access. We knew this would probably be my parents last trip to the ocean, little did we know, my dad would pass of cancer 6 short weeks later. So this house will always be cherished with special memories.

The property worked out great for 3 couples and a 2 yr old. We liked having a big living room to accommodate our gathering and yet have a place for the 2yr old to spread out her toys. Quiet neighborhood was especially nice. We enjoyed the fire pit and hanging out looking up at the stars, meteorites, and the satellites going overhead.

This home was AMAZING! Rockaway Beach is so centrally located and it was an easy drive to nearby places of interest. There is no beating being right on the beach with wonderful views and spectacular sunsets! Definitely a 5 star location!!

We stayed here for five nights with our daughter, son in law and two young grandsons There was plenty of room and we spent many hours relaxing and playing on the beach,which has very easy access. If you are considering staying here, consider no more, book it now, you won't be disappointed! Owner is very responsive also!

Great place!
This place is right on Rockaway Beach and you can access the beach by walking down the rocks. The house was great, perfect size, we had 2 families one with smaller children and the space of the home and kitchen was perfect, plus the kids (and adults) loved the Wii and playroom upstairs! It was well stocked (except any oils to cook with). The biggest issue was that the dishwasher didn't seem to fully work as I had to run it a couple times once for it to fully go through a cycle and the back wheel is gone so it's difficult to pull the bottom rack in and out. My husband also said that the coffee maker was only okay. Other than that, the fridge, and stove were perfect with lots of pots and pans, plates, utensils and cups, including kids plates. We had a great time! Also - they had great chairs and kids toys in the garage too!

Perfect home with a view
The house reflects the pictures and detail perfectly. We were really looking forward to this getaway with friends who flew in from out of state and it did not disappoint. What a breathtaking view!! It had everything we needed and it was clean when we arrived. We hope to stay again soon.

Fantastic Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, good showers, and the amazing view! The only issue I experienced during my stay was the lumpy beds.

Fantastic beach getaway
The house was perfect for our beach vacation. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We also loved having plenty of space inside during those rainy days (and my son loved the gaming station). We enjoyed staying right on the beach. My only small issue is the blinds don't fully block out light, which made it tough to sleep in the mornings...especially since we were coming from EST time zone and had a young child with us. Would definitely book this spot again.

Lovely, spacious house right on the beach!
My family of 6 adults and a baby stayed here over MDW. We had an excellent time despite the bad weather. It sits right off the beach so you have a lovely ocean view from the back porch or inside the living area or master bedroom. You can access the beach by scrambling down some rocks or via stairs about 100yds away. Rockaway Beach is quite wide and gently sloping so the waves seem great for wading. There’s also plenty to do and see in town and in neighboring towns. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need and was very clean. We didn’t get to use the kayaks on the lake but it looked fun. Communication with Lisa was friendly and easy. The only negative was the window shades are very thin. It gets quite bright early.
