The property is in a great location on the Keys with amenities nearby. The gated complex with a pool and beaches affords leisure options with the use of canoes and paddle boards. The property it’s self provides a large air conditioned space with two bedrooms with all the facilities you would expect.

Not much not to like! I had to get a couple of things fixed but otherwise all good. The air conditioning is noisy in the bedrooms but we got used to it, some baffling in the vents may help with this? It would have been good to have had a back door key and next time I will take a plug for the bathroom basins as they don’t hold water; a plug was sort when requested.

A quiet, very pretty, and safe community. The town house was very attractive and worked perfectly for our family (2 bedrooms.) A dining area was large enough for us to host a dinner with friends. Beautiful pool. The porches were wonderful (there are four), and coffee in the morning and drinks at 5 PM on the back porch was great. There was a nice little beach but the seaweed problem kept people away (not anyone's fault). Really great to have the kayaks available. There is a marina where fairly large boats can dock if people are renting or getting taken out fishing. The grounds were immaculate and the grounds keepers were very friendly. The manager was a visible presence and available. He knew everything about the Keys as well. The owner was very responsive for the few things that came up. Having a washer and dryer (2nd floor) was great!

Some of the construction was odd (not the owners fault). The back double doors couldn't be opened without slamming your hand or fingers as the levered handle caught the other door (it needs a warning note.) This could be solved with a round door handle. The covered parking was SO NARROW (with posts dividing the spaces) it was close for a sedan. Not sure how the larger vehicles managed.

The property was amazing! The location was so convenient to everything. Gina was so easy to get a hold of if needed. It was clean and so peaceful. Cant wait to go back!!

The pull out sofa was not very comfortable and could use an upgrade, however the beautiful condo and accommodations made up for it.

This was our first time to Islamorada and this was the perfect location. Close to great restaurants and sights, yet quiet enough to escape. The pool area was very well maintained and the private beach was a plus. The unit was very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Gina was in constant contact and, though nothing was needed, she was standing by if we had any questions or concerns.

The AC fan is loud…it took a while to realize it was the fan and not a downpour outside.
