I loved my stay at this location. The property was nice and clean and the location was perfect. I would stay again if I went to Fort Lauderdale. The manager was very clear and friendly. I have told many people about this property.

The place met or exceeded all expectations. Awesome location just a couple blocks from the beach and steps away from shops and restaurants. Great place to enjoy all that Lauderdale By The Sea has to offer. Winston was great to work with making our stay very relaxing and stress free.

This was a great place for me, my husband and 5 others to stay at. We only needed a place for a few days before our cruise and it was perfect! The location was great, it was near lots of shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner was extremely quick to respond whenever i had any questions. The check in process was great. We had a late flight and the self check in was perfect for us! The house was super clean and beautiful!! Really would recommend it to anyone!

This property is halfway between the ocean and the Intercoastal, just a short block off the main drag (Commercial Blvd). Despite that, the house was surprisingly quiet. It is a duplex with a shared laundry room, but we heard very little noise from the other residents, and the washer and dryer were always available. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach and restaurants, and there's a Publix market down the street. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is spacious and comfortable. There's no garbage disposal, but that is not a huge deal. The owner was immediately available by text to answer questions.

Enjoyable and will like to come again

This was the perfect place for us to stay! There was plenty of room, a fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a comfy couch to watch TV, close to the beach, very clean and the host was very communicative! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a quick visit to Ft. Lauderdale to visit family. This was a great house for our needs. The kitchen could use some updated cookware and the couch was rickety but overall, it worked great. If someone was planning on sleeping on the couch, it wouldn’t be very comfortable but we didn’t have need to do that so it was fine. We would stay here again.

Overall an excellent value. The home, size, and layout for privacy is great for a large family. The location to dining, and proximity to the beach were perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The location is within walking distance of so many restaurants and shopping area. The property manager was AMAZING! He made sure we had the code to get it way ahead of time and went above and beyond for us! Definitely recommend!!!

The house was great and a good location. The walk to the beach took only 5 minutes.

We had a good overall experience. Property manager had good communication was courteous and kind. House was clean and in good condition, it held 10 people comfortably. The only surprise was this is not a stand alone house, it is a unit connected to other residences, noise can be a concern. I recommend ensuring the listing is more transparent. Thanks!

The experience of the house was excellent. Everyday we would visit the beach or the shops. And every night we would walk down the block for restaurants and night life. House was super clean and had everything we needed, including beach equipment.

Our extended family stayed here for 9 days to prepare for our daughter's wedding. It was an ideal place to stay. It has been beautifully remodeled with a big master bath and walk-in closet. The house is only a block from the main street with all the restaurants and bars and yet it was still a quiet place to stay. There is a patio where you can sit out and faintly hear the music and nightlife. The beds were very comfortable, the place was spotless, and the air conditioning was great. I used the kitchen to prepare the wedding dinner for 40 guests and even baked the wedding cake there. . If you are going for a beach vacation, there are beach chairs and beach towels, and the beach is just a few blocks away. Winston was a kind and friendly host. You will not be disappointed with this place!

His family beach house is beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings and everything we needed to enjoy Lauderdale by the Sea and the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio, surrounded by the tropical vegetation. Beds were comfortable! The place is sparkling clean. All of the facilities worked well. This house was perfect for me and my family. It had everything we needed and Winston was very accommodating as a host. He responded quickly when I messaged him and was very helpful. The location was also very convenient as the house was only a few minutes walk to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants. Publix was also only a few minutes drive away. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Having a large family we choose this house and we would return to this location. Winston the owner was very awesome. We also liked that there was only 1 TV in the house so that meant that we were all forced to unplug and have conversations and also go to sleep earlier.
