Well, it’s looks pretty good, „modern” if we can call it.

the reviews from google at more than precise, the smell inside it’s awful, you can’t sleep with windows opened as it’s on the street side so it’s just to loud for that. For sure that’s not the place you want to say more than once, unless they will actually take care of cleaning and removing the smell. Parking, it’s almost inpossible to park there as on the main street there is no parking. There is parking „guarded” about 3mins of walk away

There was no lift we had to drag our suitcases to the 6th floor it was almost impossible and really tiring and annoying it ruined everyone’s mood. The location is not that perfect, maybe I’m spoiled by previous stays in gorgeous locations.

The bathroom smelled of urine and there waa no lift waa difficult to carry the luggages up and parking was so far away and had to drag the luggages all the way from xar park to to the reception only to find out the apartments were on another building. And was quite loud in the nights with people in other apartments fighting. Wouldn't recommend if tou travelling with family or with heavy luggages

The only slight positive I could even begin to think was decent was it was relatively central. But apart from location, I would've been better off in a hostel, I have never known the likes of it.

Unclean, nothing over 6ft had been dusted. Unprepared, no clean sheets, no spare towels, no spare toilet roll. Very poor facilities and maintenance, heating wouldn't work for 2 days and the toilet was constantly filling causing a loud humming noise that you could hear anywhere in the apartment. For a place with little to no hygiene, we then received a knock on the door at 10.59 by a maid who then proceeded to tap her wrist as to indicate we needed to leave, which seemed ironic considering it had been left in a state for us. I have never known the likes of it in all my years of travelling. The staff had to sense of urgency or commitment to solve the problems we had informed them of. Booking.com should remove this accommodation from their site as it seriously damages the reputation that this site has for being able to source and arrange good quality accommodation. Wawel Apartments was more like Wawel Hostel, I would even go as far to call it a doss. Krakow is a beautiful city with a wide array of accommodation that is miles better than this. I would seriously re-consider if you have booked this place.
