Good location, walking distance to old town & 1.6ks to main bus stop. A big shady tree blocks the view but provides good shade. Comfortable bed & living space. Nice modern bathroom.

Poor cupboard space for clothes. No toaster. Very small fridge. A little overpriced.

The location is perfect. 10min of the lovely walk to an old town. Steps away (350!) from the beach (beach club) but totally worth it as it keeps you fit. Shop and cafe across the road. An easy access to bars and restaurants in an old town. Stunning view from the balcony and super wide terrace window. It make you feel like you are outdoor. Studio is spacious and comfy bed. Kitchen big enough to make an easy breakfast. Just great !!

Beautiful apartment in a great location.Modern,well equipped with a nice balcony.We had a really good time.The host was flexible and responsive to our hours of check-in/check-out.

The apartment is on the noisy road so you will be hearing the car's sounds.However this would not stop me from renting this apartment again,because everything else was great.

The location is genius, walking distance from Old Town, straight above the main beach and very close to cable lift. Studio is sunny with large windows and you find there everything you need for your stay. You will get instruction how to easy handle the code lock to get the key from studio and they will arrange for you a parking slot not far from the studio. Easy going friendly communication.

It is a bit noisy from street and bars even you close windows and doors. The terrace shaded with a large pine offers coolness in overwarmed days, just some lower branches unnecessary block view on Old Town and islad Lokrum.

While I didn't have much contact with the owner, they did text/email all the necessary information for the property and the most helpful was a video of the exterior as well as how to get into the lockbox and apartment. Somehow I had the incorrect address and so with the video we could figure out is was just a few houses up the street. Super helpful. The apartment was overall really great. It was larger than I expected and it was nice and cool with a good a/c unit. The kitchen looks pretty well stocked, even a panini maker. The bathroom was very large and nice. There was a balcony and although there isn't much of a view, it was lovely because of the tree that shades it. The days were hot when we were there so definitely the tree was a very nice plus to the property. Also, this apartment is not so high up on the hill so not as many stairs to get to it as many of the others.

The bed had a bottom sheet and a coverlet, but no real top sheet. If there had been a comforter with a cover on it, that would have worked, but the feel of the coverlet was not soft and it would have been nice to have had a true sheet in between me and the coverlet. The apartment is on a busy street. Overall this wasn't a problem, but you could hear traffic some of the time.
