From start to finish, my experience working with Grace was exceptional. The condo was very clean! Fully stocked with all the things I needed when cooking. The view from our patio was breathtaking!!! Loved every minute of our stay!!! Thank you!!!

I have stayed here twice now
I chose to stay here a second time because of how amazing the first stay was. It was perfect for my three daughters and I. In the extra room there are two full size beds and across is a nice sized bathroom. The furniture is beautiful and updated. The master bedroom and bathroom are clean and comfortable. They have 3 tvs with access to Netflix and etc. the patio is a great size and the view is gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped although I don’t cook much 😜the family I stayed with stayed in a condo that they were very disappointed in. It’s very important to go off ratings and this condo has great ones! Thanks Grace, we will stay again.

Great area, host was prompt with replies to my questions. Condo was stocked with the necessities. I really like the keyless lock. Only issue you can’t get in condo early as it is programmed for a certain time.

Awesome stay
I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grace's property at Sonoran Sea Resort. The location can't be beat as far as restaurants Garufa Steakhouse, Mare Blu Italian Restaurant (about a mile away) and the restaurant on property was really delicious. You almost don't need to go to the Malecon because everything is super close by. There's even a shopping district called "Rodeo Drive" nearby, where the shop owners are not as aggressive as they are in the Malecon.
As far as the condo, it's well equipped with everything you need. We had a few hiccups during our stay but Grace was very responsive to our concerns.
My only complaint was that the resort's pools were kind of cold, but your body will get used to it after a few minutes. And one of the pools and hot tub were closed.
Nevertheless, I still enjoyed our stay. Thank you Grace!

Great apartment by the sea
We stayed for a family beach vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view of the sea is breathtaking and the beach is just downstairs. The restaurant at the resort serves delicious sea food and even delivers to the room. We are looking forward to our next trip to Rocky Point already.

A Treasure
This condo has a magical view from the eighth floor accessible from the living space and bedroom. It is extremely well stocked . There is a very obvious attention to detail in the furnishings and communication from the owner. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very nicely decorated 8th floor condo. West side of property means you have some afternoon shade. Your choice, sun or shade which is nice. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

Very nice property. Support staff excellent. Property owner was very responsive to requests/questions, etc.Keyless door very nice.Only complaint had to do with corrupt police in border town and there were only two elevators serving building (10 floors) one of which was not in operation.

We come to Rocky point many times a year and never have we ever come across a condo that was so fully stocked! Everything we needed!!! Usually we buy toilet paper and paper towels because there’s never enough, this time everything was supplied to us. What a great condo!

Wonderful family getaway
The Condo was amazing and even better than the pictures. While the condo grounds are amazing, it is hard to leave the balcony where our family watched dolphins and played the board games provided by our awesome host. We spent some time viewing other resorts while there and I can tell you that you will never get the view that we had. We will be back.

A long overdue vacation
Loved the condo and the amenities. Grace was great during our epic trip of 64 mph winds that exploded the back door. This does not typically happen so don’t worry. The weather was perfect except that storm on thanksgiving. I would come again.

Great condo!
Great location! Condo was perfect for us! The only complaint I would have, and it’s not a big deal at all, is we weren’t left any trash bags. We were told at check in that the hotel can not help us with anything in the unit. Also a few additional towels would have been good.
Again, not a complaint, a suggestion really.
