Bright , clean , comfortable and warm. Beds were dressed in quality white cotton .
Lovely open plan kitchen with a very kind hamper welcome gift , excellent expression coffee machine , quality illy coffee, olive oils etc were a useful addition . Lovely views of the harbour.

The property was spotless and in the ideal location for the harbour and the town. I would definitely recommend this property and if I return to the island I would book it for myself

Best place to stay in Lewis and Harris. We were amazed by the free food provided by the guest - free range eggs, milk, oatmeal, soup, sweet... Perfect location with a harbor view. Nice, clean, and spacious flat.
No lift and the parking place was too small. But there was a big free parking lot in the harbor, 1 min away.

Wonderful location with views of the harbour and easy to find when coming off the ferry by car.
Very comfortable bed with lovely bedding.
Excellent facilities for preparing food, if you want to stay in.

For us, with a car, this was a perfect base. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy and we were very grateful for the lightly stocked kitchen - enough bits and pieces to pull a light meal together if caught out timewise - everything was thought through with the guest in mind. Lots of room, local amenities were good and we were never short of parking in the courtyard. All in all very good.
The only thing was the duvet - could really have done with a thicker, cosier one, the evenings were getting a bit colder (we chose not to put the heating on as invariably we were out until a point it time when it just wasn't worth it). Maybe we were just a bit early for the transition to winter duvets and this is a really minor personal preference (we did find the blanket to act as an extra layer).
This apartment is up 3 flights of steps so is not suitable for those who struggle with steps.

Apart from being spacious, clean and well equipped it was the little extras that set this property apart. A bunch of fresh flowers in the lounge, plenty of charge points and towels and an excellent coffee machine. It was also virtually next door to a wonderful fresh fish seller "By the Harbour". We had originally thought we would eat out but having discovered this there was no need to and we ate in every night. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t fault the high standard of the property & really appreciated all the thoughtful extras. Excellent location to the town & parking space a bonus. Lovely view of the harbour.
Stair well does not give a good first impression but minor detail.

Good location did lots of visiting various sites and apartment had everything we needed. We particularly liked trip to St.Kilda
Found washer dryer instructions difficult and weather could have been better but didn't keep us in. Some shops had little variety

The location in the dock area was surprisingly quite. The open plan kitchen/dinning/living room was very spacious and well equipped.
Set of drawers in each bedroom would have been nice.

fantastic location…. spotlessly clean! within a short stroll from everything you need … shops .. pubs… restaurants etc…
little personal touches in the flat makes it feel like home… and just simple things .. like some fresh milk in the fridge … that’s the kind of stuff I remember.

The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated, also very clean and warm.
The kitchen was fully equipped including washing machine and a dishwasher. There was also coffee, tea, sugar and everything else you needed in the kitchen.
Location of the property is excellent, only two minutes away from the ferry Stornoway-Ullapool and 5 min walk to big Tesco. Lovely restaurants near by, especially Harbour Kitchen where food is amazing. Our host was very helpful. Gave us all important information beforehand. Would recommend No 10 100%.

The apartment was furnished to a very high standard. The owner has carefully considered the likely needs of all her clients and made sure that everything you could possibly need is available! It's position in the town centre means that great restaurants are within easy walking distance. There was a welcome pack on our arrival which enabled us to make ourselves at home without rushing to the shops. Just one word needed - superb!

Excellent facilities. Left Prosecco, smoked salmon and smoked cheese with various crackers as welcome present. Close to the harbour, ferry terminal and Lews Castle Grounds, which are excellent for acrun or walk.
Very limited parking but free car park close by at the harbour. Shower was in the bath.

A fantastic apartment that was so clean and comfortable and had everything you could think of to make our stay perfect. Margaret Ann was great with communicating with us and was able to help us check in early (since we’d only been staying round the corner) and let us know when she knew we could check out late. That was all appreciated
