Mooie omgeving

We boekten een kamer met zicht op de tuin - lees - een grasveldje dat uitkeek op een stal gevuld met rotzooi. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen. Er stond in de recensies dat dit een uitgebreid, verzorgd ontbijt was. Op voorhand moesten we zeggen hoeveel broodjes en sneden brood we wensten, om verspilling tegen te gaan. Kan ik wel begrip voor opbrengen maar was toch vreemd. Het ‘uitgebreide’ ontbijt bestond uit zes soorten zelfgemaakte confituur en twee soorten kaas en vlees. Geen fruit, ontbijtgranen, yoghurt, (choco voor de kids). Ik kan leven met een sober ontbijt maar zeg dat dan eerlijk. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk in je gezicht maar het is duidelijk dat elke vraag er een te veel is. Je hoort of ziet haar nauwelijks. Maar toen we in de sauna wilden gaan en de knop aanzetten, dook ze opeens op uit het niets om snel te zeggen dat we hiervoor wel moesten bijbetalen. Er wordt reclame gemaakt voor de vele verschillende soorten biertjes die ze hebben. Als je dan iets bestelt, frisdrank of bier, hebben ze dat toevallig niet meer in de frigo - lees, ik heb nu geen zin om naar de andere ruimte te lopen en het te halen. En er liep iets fout met de boeking bij booking waardoor we nog voor twee personen extra moesten betalen. De gastvrouw raadde ons aan om ‘de volgende keer’ rechtstreeks op haar website te boeken. Er zal geen volgende keer komen…

It was our second visit. We were in room 2 which had English TV channels! Good location. Breakfast was good. Nice homemade jams. Also bacon and eggs offered each morning!!

Perhaps yoghurt could be added to the breakfast choice!

Alot of flies and insects , alot means here aloooot of flies in the room which we could not sleep or stay so we left after an hour when we arrived to find another horel to stay. And when we told the owner about the problem she fave us a tool to kill the flies, but it was not our task , and she was so rude .

We had a really great night at the place. The room was cozy and pretty with an antique style. Breakfast very well served with local ingredients. The lady couldn’t speak English, but was very sympathetic and tried her best to communicate with us. We had dinner on the city, in a place recommended by her and it was great!!!

The staff was super nice, houghtfull and helpfull. Always making sure that we would not miss a thing! The breakfast was delicious (make sure you try the croissants and the crepes!) and we got a super nice room, bigger than what we expected! The location is 20 min from the trail we went so it was perfect and surrounded by beautiful landscapes!

The access to the house is a bit tricky because the parking is on a hill and right next to the road - it is manageable but just as a feedback to take into account ;) We were unlucky with the guests we got on the room above us so there was a lot of noise.. ;( but even there, the lady from Ferme St Martin told us and immediately acknowledged it and went to the guests a few times (5 stars for the staff!!). The doors for the toilet were a bit on the way, which was hard sometimes to get in and out.

The host was very nice and helpful. The breakfast also delicious!

Lovely room. Breakfast was good with homemade jams and cheese. They sell ice cream which was lovely. It's a nice village to walk around. Staff were friendly and helpfully. There was a kettle in the room which was nice.

We like the bedroom for four. Was a nice and charming place.

We had several communication difficulties, in this region the most people just speak French.

Everything excellent, we stayed there one night, the rooms so beautifully arranged, towels in the bathroom, glasses in the room and mug for heating water for tea, pleasant smell, everything very clean, very friendly staff. It exceeded our expectations and with great pleasure. We will definitely be back.
