The condo was clean and looked nice and was stocked with the kitchen stuff we needed for our stay.

The building itself was a bit sketchy looking, lobby, elevator, parking area under building. Bathtub drains were rather gross and needed attention.

Maintenance team working on exterior, pool closed, small parking lot.

The pool area sucked!! The beach access sucked! The elevator kept breaking down and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs. Room wasn’t cleaned good! The toilet looked like someone had diarrhea, and blew up! The room was nice but the rest of the property needs a major overhaul!

The view of the Ocean was exceptional and a few steps from the door and your toes were in the sand! This Pet friendly Condo was very clean & you couldn't tell that animals were ever in there. Nice Jetted tub in the master bath. Condo was very close to all the "happening" places. We would definitely stay here again if there was a King bed in the master bedroom. The owner Tracey was quick to respond to emails and questions.

The beds say they are a Queen but seemed very small. The Couch and recliner in the living room were made of wicker and not very comfortable. The Balcony chairs were a bit uncomfortable, maybe put out some Adirondack chairs or something. As far as the building, it could use some work. There is only 1 elevator that is very slow and it even that stopped working while we were there! The pool was not heated so it was a bit cool and the wooden walkway to the beach was closed needing repairs. Could also use a bigger spot for the pets to potty. If you are driving a mid-size SUV or Car the parking is good but more difficult if in a full-size truck.
