Spent a weekend at this property and it was perfect. There were 10 of is and there was tons of space. Everything was clean, location was great and sandy was extremely accommodating. Everyone raved about the house and we will definitely be back. It’s perfect for large gatherings

Great place to have the entire family fly in to be together for Christmas. The owner was wonderful and had the home decorated for Christmas with a tree and lights which made us all feel at home along with adding electric fireplace due to the wood burning fireplace not being functional. We were able to start new memories with all siblings being together which made it easier with the lost of our loved ones this pass year.

Place was pretty perfect. Big place, with lots of good beds, nice bathrooms, great game room space, huge kitchen with everything you need, and 4 outdoor spaces (all with ocean views). Fifty yard walk to the boardwalk. Quick walk up the boards to the casinos. Very responsive, helpful owner. It's a great place, will look to rent it again for our next trip.

Pretty much as advertised. Nice large living spaces. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Decks and porches are nice to sit and relax. Plenty of beach chairs, kids toys, boogie boards, etc you really dont need to bring anything for the beach! Rooms were good. Well kept. Only real minor questions/issues were dealt with in literally 2 or 3 minutes. Owner is very responsive. We would stay here again if going back to Atlantic City.

The house was really nice and well located near the beach. We were a party of 12 and we did cook all week. The house was well equipped, the only thing missing to add would be one or two cutting board and a brush to use marinade on the BBQ. Thank you for the week!

Lots of space and everything you need in a home at the beach for a large group. Sandy has a wealth of information about the area. Loved the kitchen , outdoor porches/eating areas. Loved the shower/beach storage room to unload all of the sand right at the house. The garage disposal broke during dinner prep one evening. I messaged Sandy and instantly she replied that help was on its way. Wow!!!

We were 3 families that spent the weekend at the house and it was very comfortable. It is walkable to the beach and has ocean views from the terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The house is fantastic and in a great location. A bit older, but that provides a unique beach feel we loved.

A couple of minor problems in the home that were addressed immediately. Sandy is superb and will certainly see to it that you have all the comforts of home. Sandy has designated a gentlemen to tend to the property and he couldn’t have been any nicer and a wealth of knowledge too. Will certainly visit that home again and some of their other properties too. The house is a beautiful older home with a modern touch. There are a significant amount of steps to reach the top floor so save that floor for the young at heart and physically fit. You can always take a.break on the middle level and hang out at the pool table. Nonetheless there is plenty of space to spread out. This home comes highly recommended.

Plenty of room for 4 cheerleaders and the 10 family members that support them. The house was short ride to Atlantic City convention center as well as amenities. Definitely would rent this home again or any from this wonderful owner.
