Cleaning people were cleaning another unit and helped us get the code for the lock box. Very nice lady. We really appreciate the cleanliness of the cottage the bed was excellent and very comfortable. Everything for kitchen needs was supplied and also very nice. All in all a great stay and couldn’t be happier with our choice to visit sea breeze cottages we will be back again and for a longer stay. Every one wishes the charges could be lower but very understandable rates as all fun things increase in these times. Wife was very happy with my surprise for a little get away and she knew we would be back as soon as she seen the cottages. The cleanliness really pleased her also. Thank you for the great experience and the comfortable bed a real plus after some of the motel/hotel beds we have not been able to get a good nights sleep/rest Great all around experience 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great location and nice amenities! Stairs were steep but manageable. Would loved to have had a coffee grinder 😜 Perfect little stay for our family of 4, two young kiddos👍

I am not a person to complain but I know this helps management going forward with all opinions😁 We also did stay longer than most people I’m guessing. I honestly would love a rental one day, and these are things I think about. First and for most having an air conditioner in the loft would be awesome. Biggest Cleanliness issue I noticed was the mold in the bathroom. Floor grout as well , once white I’m assuming and it looked dirty. I deck brush tile at my job so I notice it. Probably super hard to manage the mold and dirt/sand by the ocean and with all the humidity I imagine. The kitchen rack was a bit rusty and would of loved some bathroom spray, sharing with all the stinky boys👍 Updating some of the kitchenware or even having more silicone utensils and bakeware would be nice! It would look sleeker and probably last longer. Please take these critiques all from a person who has worked in customer service my whole life! only advice to help make your cottages even better😁

The location was perfect everything was pretty much in walking distance or a very short drive.

Location is perfect! 2 blocks from the beach, easy walking distance. Quaint little cottage. Quiet. Very quick responses from the renter when we had issues & they tended to our needs.

When we got to the property, we quickly noted the slider door was unlocked, which thankfully Ocean Shores is a safe area, but that’s not an ideal situation to walk in to. Turned out the lock didn’t work at all. There was no salt, yet there was pepper. We found some hair in the kitchen counter when we got there, and the non-stick pans aren’t great - food sticks to them very easily (my husband is a cook & so it definitely wasn’t due to lack of knowing how to cook). There was a tiny bit of black mold in the corner of the shower (easy thing to clean assuming the person cleaning the place is being thorough). The slider screen door was also jenky (just falls off the track / doesn’t slide open without catching).

Three remotes none of them actually worked tv properly. Cottage needs pressure washing on outside. Fill in pot holes in drive way. Cute guest book, but nothing to write with. Instructions on how to fold out the couch into a bed would have been nice. An extra blanket for the fold out bed. Fill in the mouse hole in the inside bathroom door frame. Shower handle needs tightening.

The staircase was a Big issue for us. My husband had just had surgery. I would have appreciated pictures or comments about the stairs, prior to us arriving.

we had our tarp that we purchased on the haul up to ocean shores I believe was stolen we had it folded up behind the cottage cause it was soaking wet from the drive and it was gone with in the day called and asked about it to the property management associates and they didn’t seem to really care when we asked about it and seemed upset when we called to ask if maybe the clean up crew had picked it up. just all around kinda wasn’t very professionally handled. but other than that the property was great to stay at

The place was cute and we could walk to the beach.

It is not big enough for four adults. You did not provide extra chairs for the deck or dining table -- even folding chairs would be fine. No kitchen linens. Extra fees not readily disclosed.

It was very cold downstairs and too hot upstairs. needs a fan to push hot air back downstairs it’s very small, not really big enough for four people, would have be been ok for two people.

I loved the location, the way you were by yourself but not really, I didn't hear any neighbors, the stairs were so cute and so was the kitchen. The bathroom was so roomy! Loved it all!
