The studio is just as advertised-it is a large studio.
The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe.
We (both in our late 60’s) are skiing the west so we leave a lot of expensive equipment in the car which I worry about at hotels but not here.
The studio is a perfect location for driving to Alta - Deer Valley - or - Snowbasin.
And the communication with Leslie was great.

The place is as advertised. It is a basement apartment, but it is spacious enough and we were able to fit all 9 of us in there. We essentially needed a place to sleep as we visited family over the holiday--and this place had what we needed. It was clean upon arrival and check in was easy. We stayed during winter months and it did get a bit cold downstairs at night, but there were plenty of blankets. We would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much the house was very clean and quiet, it was so much better then 5 of us being crammed into a small hotel room. Everyone enjoyed having their own bed!

Very clean and nicely decorated. We were able to sleep, relax and interact with each other comfortably. The handrail down the stairs was unfinished and hard to use.

To be honest, we were just looking for a place for some of us to crash at night since there wasn't room at my parents house for everyone when we were in town.
It worked fine. It's a basement of an occupied house. You go around to the back and let yourself in through the slider glass door. The door doesn't lock, that should probably be fixed. And anytime we were there during the day, it was extremely loud upstairs, it didn't bug us but just be aware that it's a busy household above you and really low ceilings in the basement (like 6.5') so you hear everything.

Will definitely look at staying at the property again!!
1 small TV issue was fixed as soon as i told Leslie about it…thank you for a great experience.
PS my 6 year old loves the trampoline in the back yard!!

It was a nice location with great amenities. The WiFi was hiccupy but the host helped. This is now my favorite to stay when I come to town.

Overall, this property was okay. There were plenty of beds, blankets, towels, and everything was clean. The stairs leading down to the door were icy and over grown with plants and a few toys. We had to really be careful going down. We could never figure out how to lock the door when we left. It was also very cold. We couldn’t turn on the fireplace, and had to contact the owners to turn up the heat. Thankfully there were a lot of blankets. No oven. We won’t stay there again, but overall we had fun and had a good experience.

The property worked well for our trip to see family close by in Bountiful. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for 3 adults. Some things could use an update or refresh but overall it was a nice place to stay.

This basement suite has everything you will need when traveling. The hosts are very attentive. This is a great place for kids as well!

We had a very comfortable stay in this cute basement rental. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond . It was centrally located to all the activities we had planned. Would stay here again.

Perfect for family trip to lagoon
This property worked out perfectly for us. Three adults and 6 kids. Way better than having to get multiple hotel rooms. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet.

We loved our stay! All of us enjoyed the back yard, and the studio. It was clean, it had everything you need to cook and then some. It was easy to find and we felt comfortable being there!

The whole process was easy and ii is affordable. We needed a place to land for a very quick trip. This property provides all the necessities and it was very quiet. We had a bit of a struggle identifying which house it was on the street because there was an off road vehicle in the parking spot. Otherwise, everything was exactly as described and advertised.

Very Friendly
Overall it was a great experience. The hosts and their kids were very kind. My children had a wonderful time playing in the back yard with the hosts children.
There was a slight smell in the apartment like an animal may have lived there before.
Leslie was great and if I messaged her she was quick to respond.
I would have rated it a 4.5 out of 5 but that wasn’t an option so 4.5 is my true rating

We have 8 kids and they all were comfortable. It was fun, clean, easy to find, and cool when we arrived. Next trip to Utah we ate definitely coming back.

A basement spot along the Wasatch Front
Overall, it was an excellent stay. My wife's family reunion was close and it gave me a place to get-away. Top 5 things of this property.

Biggest negative
1. You are in a basement with a wonderfully active family and main living space above, so it is not always quiet (cute kids).
Suggestions for the homeowner
1. If possible, find another place for the trash cans so the guests don't smell your garbage while walking down the east side of the house to get to the basement.
2. Complete the finish carpentry work for a cleaner, more put-together look, for example, the paint and trim on the door in the bathroom.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Nice place to stay
This apartment was perfect for our family trip to lagoon. Plenty of beds to sleep 7. It was a little difficult trying to feed a family of 7 with a 2 burner cook top and no oven, but we managed. Way better and more affordable than a hotel
