Perfect family getaway. Close to everything without being in the craziness of the tourist traps. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach. Kids loved the indoor pool. The only thing that was inconvenient is there were no paper towels or Dishsoap and we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags, which is a little tough with seven people. We would stay here again but would definitely buy necessities before we got there as it was inconvenient to have to go buy that stuff when we wanted to relax. Overall top notch though, and we stay at a lot of vacation rentals. This was a really great one.

This was a very nice unit with a very generous sized patio with a great beach view and directly overlooking the pool. Has a nice sized living room and kitchen with great walk in pantry with a full sized washer and dryer. The beds were all comfortable and the place is pretty well appointed and updated. Very cute place. Would stay there again.

The apartment was not really clean, especially the coffee maker and the kitchen utensils. The doormats are very worn out, makes for a bad impression. In general the maintenance of the apartment was poor. In short, bad impression would not return to that specific apartment and lost faith in VRBO

One issue was the closure of the pool area. I realize the pool was being drained for maintenance but would have appreciated the ability to sit at the deck chairs and use the hot tub. Contacted phone number on paperwork and left message but no one returned my call either Monday or Tuesday. The temperatures were beautiful thanksgiving weekend and would have like to enjoy the pool area with chairs. Will visit again. Great location and space for family gathering

We wanted to stay longer but our lives demanded us to leave paradise. The property was clean, beautifully landscaped, quiet and guests were very respectful to each other. It was the perfect location for all our chosen activities. The tennis courts were a bonus for my two tennis playing teens. We fell in love with the property and cannot wait to return in the future. I cannot brag enough on the exceptional customer service!! The ladies were so helpful, polite, and professional. We would not have been able to stay if it had not been for the quick and efficient assistance from the ladies in the office. - Beach was terrific. Sand so soft. Access was very close. Pool at condo was awesome! Very large and clean.

- No hairdryer in unit. Went to front desk and they provided one. Not a big deal.
- No keurig as noted in the listing. Front desk changed listing when I notified them. Again not a big deal.
- The third bedroom with the 3 small bunks was literally an 8 x 8 room. There was a small closet, but it could not be used as it was locked for the owner's use. There were two tiny drawers to use. No where to hang clothes. That was a big dissapointment. No closet or dresser should have been mentioned.
- Our last day there, a nice cockroach decided to visit us and die in our kitchen.
- The electric grill that was on our patio was gross. It was rusted out and needed to be thrown away. Very funny that they threatened to charge $50 if you did not clean it. It was too disgusting to even touch let alone cook food on for consumption.
- Providing beach chairs is a must. Renting them was very expensive. Charge a little extra and have that nicety in the condo. There were some that the owners had left there, but were too mildewy to even put your towel on. Staff needs to throw them away as it leaves a very bad impression.

Its just not summertime until our blissful week at Colony Reef. The buildings, pools and amenities are always in pristine order. The staff in the office is Top Notch (Natalie and Grace). If you ever encounter a problem they are on it to make sure it is corrected. You will not be dissapointed in your stay should you choose to vacation here.

Loved this condo! Beautiful upgrades and comfortable furniture. Condo overlooks the beautiful pool and courtyard. Easy ocean access. Only thing could’ve used extra would’ve been bath towels.
