Dear Resort Management, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your resort and I felt compelled to write a review about my experience. I am happy to say that my stay was exceptional and memorable, and my wife and I had an amazing time. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and provided us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the food served at your restaurant, which was tasty and well-prepared. Throughout our stay, we were impressed by the level of service provided by your staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend your resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. we have stayed here for the past 7 years, but this year it was a passing visit we only stopped for 1 night but we have some very good friends who are staff so we had to visit them.

At the pool-bar they do not (never!!!) wash the plastic cups properly, it was really disgusting!!! Once I could taste the previous guest salty sweet on it. Made me almost puke. The food was nicely served boring, always the same. Worst mousaka I have ever tasted. Even I can cook better. And never seefood or normal fish? In a fishing village...? The music was very loud every evening, We could not sleep at all. The taxi the hotel ordered was a cheater as well.

It was a nice hotel in a good location, the staff are friendly and happy to help, especially if you are nice. The selection of food and drink is good.

Booking.com is very misleading in its adverts. You need to be careful to ensure you know what you are booking. The standard rooms do not have access to the 3 pools. They have access to one very busy pool. You need to book a 'My favourite club' room to get full access. This is entirely Booking.com's fault the hotel's actual website is very clear.

Parking is for free for the guests. And the location

Address of hotel was false in google maps and on booking.com. If u push on maps shows you the wrong location on map. 45min to find the hotel with asking around etc. the quality of food is very very bad on e of the worst hotels I ever been. Every day the breakfast is same. Once and never again

The facilities were very new and the staff very accommodating and professional.

The grass could have been cut and they could have replaced some of the paving stones to create a smoother surface to walk on. Also they needed to clean the pool everyday.

We booked a sea side room and we were surprised to see the view - very beautiful view to the sea. The staff is amazing always helpful. The food is super varied, plenty of options for vegetarians, loved the cakes and the Greek food. The bartenders (especially Toni) were super nice and they made great cocktails. The hotel is super clean and very close to a small beach. I totally recommend this hotel it was one of the best I stayed in.

resort was beautiful however the staff was the worst we encountered in Greece. Food and alcohol was limited and only during limited hours.

newly renovated property, modern and a lot of taste, not a typical all inclusive resort! the gym was amazing, much better than shown on the pictures

what was upsetting was that the really nice infinity pools with sea view and the beach club vibe beds are NOT ACCESSIBLE for regular customers (only for vip customers from the Alua soul hotel chain) - this is really not shown on Booking.com, I would advise to put a sign on the pictures where the facilities are only accessible for vip members. So all regular customers were around one regular pool without sea view and rather uncomfortable beds - still nice but really something to be aware of

the property was on perfect location, close to the port, and other tour and rental agancies clean and comfortable room, food was generally good

because it is in an island i was expecting tastier, fruits and vegetables. specifically watermelon and the tomatoes it looked like they are not fresh

The pool was good and enjoyed the volleyball, though could have been managed a little more. Food was generally good with lots of choice. Adults only was a great way to get away from the children

That the snack bar closed 15 minutes early. We arrived 15 minutes early so that we could eat as we'd been out all day and was told they wouldn't do anything. We had to wait an hour and 15 for the next available food. My partner wasn't a fan of the buffet and would have like some more Greek Cuisine options.

It is a really nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly with us. You can find everything here for a relaxing holiday.

Need to tell people that you do not get to the bottom and more exclusive area without paying for it. They need to state it when looking up. Every person I spoke too said the same. Other than that fantastic.

The place is amazing and comfortable. - All staff was nice and gentle all the time. - The food is tasty and with the all inclusive package, has a large variety of dishes every day. - The room was clean and the bed comfortable to sleep. - Variety of activities organised by the hotel.

The bathroom is not spacious and the tub is really tight. - Recommended beaches are at ~ 50 minutes commute with the car.

Alex, the bartender is a great professional and a great person. The food was amazing!!! The balcony view was amazing as well!

Horrible mattress, really uncomfortable for the spine! The shower glass couldn't stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor, and that was quite annoying! The fire alarm was turned on by accident one night, I almost got deaf!

Amazing stay. They made me have the best birthday ever. The staff was so attentive and made sure that everything was up to standard. I specifically want to give props to one of the receptionists but I unfortunately forgot his name. He was the most caring person and made sure that me and my friends were and went as far as switching my room when he thought that it wasn’t up to standard, he is an angel and I’m so sad that I forgot his name but I will forever remember him and he will know when he reads this. The food was great and we had variety everyday and we had an amazing birthday dinner at one of the restaurants.

The main restaurant staff were a bit discriminatory against us which kind of ruined the trip a little bit. It literally happened towards the end and it was sad because I was literally going to give a 10 out of 10 review but I can’t ignore what happened. In 3 occasions, me and our friends were sent back to our rooms by the restaurant staff to change our attire as it was too “revealing” when we were literally wearing bikinis and cover ups on top. The problem wasn’t the rule as it is understandable but it was the way that it was being applied only to us. The second time I was sent to my room to get changed, there was literally a woman wearing a bikini top and a skirt and she was allowed to eat at the restaurant while I was sent to the room for wearing pretty much the same outfit and if anything I was more covered then her. I ignored this and let it go until it happened again to my friends. We walked in the restaurant and the staff literally didn’t let us sit a the table that we wanted for no apparent reason when we had always done that and followed it up with “You can stay and you two need to leave, you can’t be here like this”. Very rude man, I got up to ask him what he meant and just proceeded to say “They need to leave”. I figured he was speaking about their bikinis and cover ups, they ended up leaving and as I’m already annoyed. I look across and I see a lady wearing a bikini with a literal see through cover up and top, fully exposed. I brought this to the man’s attention and he simply ignored me. I went to report it to the restaurant manager and he proceeded to tell me that he would tell the lady to leave to and change her clothing. and he LITERALLY WALKED PAST her table. I was in disbelief and this really annoyed me, I went off and asked for a manager and the same guy came but at this point I involved more members of staff because that was unacceptable. I don’t play the race card but we were the only black people/women in this hotel.

You could jump straight in to the ocean and snorkel from the private pier. And we had our own Sun Bed outside our room.

My bed wasn't very comfortable.

The staff was great. Specielly Elani was fantastic,Always making sure off that we all had a good time, And thank you so much for the opgrade 🙏❤️

My wife would have liked a shopping street in Tragaki. But at least Zakynthos city was close.
