Breakfast was very good Pool was perfect temperature, but seemed to have a lot of steps, more than necessary Mountain view was great

There are some different elevations in the concrete around the pool area, especially between the breakfast restaurant and the reception. These are actually more dangerous than they sound because it is easy to trip and fall. We heard this comment from several other people at the pool. I simply found that the property had too many guests, but that is a personal bias. However, it is the reason why I said that I wouldn’t stay there again.

Quarto enorme, tudo novinho e muito confortável. Adorei que o banheiro do quarto fica em um quarto separado do chuveiro, com a pia do lado de fora. Funcionários muito prestativos, piscina muito boa e ampla, com toboágua e cogumelos que jogam água, que toda família pode curtir. Nos deixaram entrar antes do horário do check in, o que foi ótimo pois estávamos muito cansados.

Os passeios e o táxi da recepção (que são serviços terceirizados) cobram muito caro pelos serviços prestados.

The place is exceptional. I was extremely happy there. The facilities were amazing, good pool, restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. It’s close to the main road, but also far enough to be super silent. I loved it

W łazience gdy się obudziliśmy mieliśmy olbrzymiego karalucha, domyślam się że spadł z wentylacji, ponieważ leżał na plecach. Przekazaliśmy to obsłudze, zareagowali natychmiast przenosząc nas do innego lepiej usytuowanego pokoju.

早餐丰盛，服务人员态度很好，游泳池很不错，而且带滑梯。房间床很大，很舒适。

服务速度一般，上菜速度较慢，房间的水温忽冷忽热。

Pool and pool bar. Every night live music was excellent. Room with big windows and very spacious. Location was excellent - Krabi center in few steps, but in quiet street.

We missed some shelves.

Hotel położony w odległości spaceru od głównej ulicy miasteczka. Cicho i spokojnie. Pokoje bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątane, woda uzupełniana. Byliśmy z rodziną poprosiliśmy o sąsiednie pokoje i dostaliśmy pokoje z drzwiami między nimi- to było fajne. Do plaży ok 1 km spacerem. Wokół mnóstwo knajpek z tanim dobrym jedzeniem. Polecam nie brać śniadania, które codziennie są podobne a "na dzielni" jest tyle pyszności, że warto popróbować codziennie coś innego.

Værelset var flot og stort. Der manglede imidlertid skabsplads i meget stor grad.

Le petit déjeuner

Le personnel ne parle pas l anglais. La personne qui vend le transport n est pas honnête. Nous avions réservé pour un voyage d hôtel à hôtel à khao lak. Nous avons passé,1 h 30 à ramasser les voyageurs jusqu à Krabi town et là dans la précipitation on nous demande de changer de van et de déplacer les valises pour rejoindre un autre groupe et delà nous sommes partis à khao lak. Le chauffeur nous a déposé sur la route alors qu il était supposé nous dépose à l' hôtel. Nous avons dû attendre sous un soleil ardent le passage d un taxi pour nous déposer à notre hôtel. Le voyage qui était supposé durer 2 H30,a duré 4 h sans aucun arrêt pour pause toilette

The rooms were really dirty. The couch and sheets were covered in stains. When we told the front staff they had no solution. Would expect a lot more for 4 stars.

Breakfast was a bit of a paddy’s market, there was plenty of choice of curries rices etc luckily there was a toaster and egg station. you had to be up early to find a sun bed;,

Beautiful room with amazing view of the limestone cliffs. Very helpful, friendly staff. Great location, just 2 minutes from the beach. And, the complimentary shuttle bus to Reeve Beach Club was a lovely plus.

Amazing hotel. Great food (we only had breakfast but it was more like brunch as dinner/lunch food was also occurred). We were also invited to the a la'carte breakfast on one day of our stay which was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. There were free activities in the hotel like morning yoga and kayaking. Overall great stay.

The only thing that I think could be improved is to have "table service" around the pool area. It was difficult to pay/order at the swim up bar without actually swimming up to it as it was quite a big height drop.

Ontbijt was simpel Kamer isolatie was zeer slecht. Veel geluidsoverlast. Ramen sluiten niet goed waardoor veel last van wind en geluid. Erg gehorige kamers. Douche functioneerde slecht. Water temperatuur bleef of heel koud of heel heet. Twee keer aangegeven, niks mee gedaan. En totslot erg veel geluidslast van een of andere turbine in het plafond.

Hotel com boa estrutura, bom atendimento, bom restaurante e piscina! Quartos são confortáveis e espaçosos! Localização é excelente, bem próximo ao centrinho de Ao Nang.

The room was very good. Exceptionally comfortable bed and very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. Good choice. Pool area was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice view from the balcony.

Was further from the beach than would have liked. But shops and bars were very close. Room needed more storage. But at least the room was big enough. Not enough pool beds. Minor problems though.

Hatten Mountain View Rooms gebucht. Die Hotelbilder lassen einen glauben man schaue entweder auf den Pool oder den dahinter liegenden großen Berg. Tatsächlich bedeutet es allerdings den Berg der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind also zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet. Es ist aber dennoch ruhig (nur optisch nicht so schön)

Sehr Sauber und Ordentlich. Die Hauseigene App ist hilfreich. Sehr gute Cocktails an der Bar.

Eigentlich ist die Lage wirklich gut. Fußläufig zum Ao Nang Beach (8-10 min). Jedoch ist das mit Abstand der schlechteste Strand den wir in Thailand gesehen haben. Absolut überfüllter Strand und der permanente Lärm durch die Taxiboote ist unerträglich (wir waren im Januar da). Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Wir wollten es dennoch erwähnen. Die Preise für das Waschen und Trocknen sind viel zu teuer. Es wird pro Kleidungsstück abgerechnet (50-70 Baht). An jeder Straßenecke kriegt man für 50 Baht ein Kg seiner Wäsche gewaschen, was ein normaler Preis für Thailand ist.

Cool location and ok breakfast.

Very dirty pool area, some rooms had terraces beside the pool where the guests left their garbage. When i complained about it the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Very slippery around the pool, wrong tiles used. I almost slipped while carrying a baby. Also found many cigarette buds on the ground around the pool and inner courtyard.
