THe location is great and the flat is attractive
The bunk bed would be more comfortable if it had wooden slats and not wire mesh
There were no small saucepans and no electric kettle. A washing machine would have been useful'
The manager does not speeak english and communication is difficult'.
The front door bangs if you are not carewful enraging the occupant of the first floor. The narrow steep staircase made it very difficult tfo the ambulance personnel to carry me down stairs when I contracred food poisoning

La posizione è veramente eccellente, è C'è molto spazio.
Purtroppo nella doccia piuttosto piccola il supporto per reggere il telefono doccia è rotto, un piccolo intervento ma determinante per potersi fare la doccia decentemente. E in più non c'è alcuna mensola per appoggiare sapone bagnoschiuma o altro.
Le televisioni ben due sono nelle camere, no zona giorno, nella camera matrimoniale la vista è parziale perché coperta dalla struttura del letto.

Öncelikle martina ve alessio çok ilgililerdi teşekkürler herşey için. Uçağımız rötar yaptı gece geç saatte geldik ve güler yüzle karşılandık. Evle ilgili olarak merkezi bir noktada heryere yürüme mesafesinde ve ev çok temizdi

Mutfakta bulaşık makinası yok kahve makinası yok su ısıtıcı yok kısacası kahve çay vs yapamazsınız .ütü car ütü masası var askılık var ama çamaşır makinası yok. Uçak 4 saat rotar yaptı 50 euro geç checkin ücreti ödedik ancak bununla ilgili bilgilendirme yapılmıştı fakat yinede can sıkıcıydı. Yataklar metal bu nedenle süreekli gıcırtı sesi duyduk

Some of the items in the kitchen were too old and worn to be acceptable- saucepan and frying pan. A really broken blue chair in the bedroom, the holder for the shower hose did not work. No teatowels to dry the dishes.

dosłownie wszystko! widać, że mieszkanie mieści się w starej kamieniczce. To dawało niesamowity klimat, a widok z balkoników na wąską, często zatłoczoną uliczkę... o to chodzi w podróżowaniu! Po prostu podglądasz normalne życie ludzi. Dodatkowo na stanie są podstawowe rzeczy by ugotować sobie samemu z produktów kupionych w sklepach obok, zrobić kawę czy herbatę. Super miejsce!

Duży plus za lokalizację wszędzie blisko oraz co się rzadko zdarza we Włoszech bardzo cieplutkie kołderki. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia w tym czajnik, internet. Blisko darmowy parking.
Brak gąbek do naczyń, niestety już zużyte poduszki. Wąski prysznic brak półki w nim. Ruszająca się deska klozetowa.
Niestety apartament się mieści na 2 piętrze po wąskich schodach. W nocy zbyt głośno na ulicy.

The location near to everything.
We got without electricity twice while we were sleeping. Just the air conditioning and recharge of celular phones on. The electricity board clearly does not have the correct potential to support the equipment.

The owner was very kindly let us check in early and hand out the keys in person. The house was very clean and spacious, on level 2, easy to reach the main street.

Location is just superb! If you want to taste real Palermo’s vibes, feel like a Palermian, it’s a place for you! Perfect location, Lidl is in 3-4 minutes walk, central railway and bus stations are in 17 minutes walk (having luggage), market and the most vibing streets are literally over the corner. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Location. The appartment is very well decorated and cozy and I loved the view from the balcony.

Martina and Alessio were great hosts. Their flat was perfect for our 3 nights stay. It is very well equipped, located in the heart of Palermo and offers a great view from the balcony. We were impressed by the design and I specially enjoyed the mattress. Grazie mille per la vostra accoglienza. :)

Apartment is spacious and close to the main monuments. it has 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. separate and very well equipped kitchen. perfect for a few nights for 4 people. Feels very authentic, so if you’re looking for a place that will feel like a Palermian house I recommend it !

The apartment could use an update and some small things were either broken or in not a very good state ( shaky faucet, broken shower cable and holder, kitchen cabinet handles coming off). Low water pressure in the shower made it a bit difficult to take a quick shower as it took time to wash the soap off :) In general the appartement could be a bit cleaner.

The apartment is very spacious and clean with minimal deco comfy beds a huge bathroom and right in the city center . The hosts were incredibly accommodating to out needs polite cheerful and responsive!
