Pretty apartment with a beautiful view. friendly and welcoming staff Great value

A few extra things available for guests to use in the apartment would have made the stay even more comfortable, iron, hair-dryer and maybe a few products for the kitchen (dishwasher soap and cleaning products)

Location of Villa Maria is magical - beautiful sight from cozy terrace combined with extreme silence and peaceful environment made our vacation very pleasant, so we very very satisfied with this choice of accommodation

The only thing I was missing was a sponge and dish soap, but that's a completely insignificant detail. In general everything was great and exceeds our expectations

Villa Maria is a lovely place to stay, we booked for 3 nights but extended our booking for a further 3 as we liked it so much. The villa is in a very quiet area, well equipped, modern, clean & comfortable & the views & sunsets are amazing. There is no WiFi which actually did not matter at all as phone signal was good enough anyway. Mr Domenico was a great host, providing olive oil & wine from his own grove & vines, as well as offering oranges, salad & vegetables from the gardens around the villa. One point we would make is that, whilst Mr D's friendliness & good heart is wonderful, we felt we couldn't quite relax completely as he came around everyday at least once. Sometimes we were laying out in the sun, other times having a siesta or just relaxing with a book & he would drive up & come for a chat. To many people having a daily visit by the owner would be perfectly fine, & it didn't spoil our stay at all. However, we do prefer our privacy & space once we've checked in &, after a few days, ended up feeling a little bit on edge never knowing when the gate might open or there be a tap on the window. Definitely a score of 10 for villa Maria.

The host Domenico is very very friendly!!!!He makes an incredible atmosphere. Location is very good. The view from the house’s terrace is fabulous. The garden with all kind of fruits and vegetables is available for guests.
