The apartment is incredibly clean and towels are provided. The setup is one bedroom with bunk beds and a fold out double bed in the main kitchen/living area. The shower is amazing and looks very modern. The host is a nice and friendly person. The kitchen is very practical, has good equipment and lots of cutlery and crockery. There is a nice outdoor space with table and chairs to enjoy. There is a good amount of space and storage. Board games and cards are provided.

We were surprised we had to pay an extra tourist tax at the property, this was in addition to the price paid on booking.com and was not on our payment confirmation. The host does not speak English, we tried to message our questions via booking.com but they were always late to reply or simply didn't reply. We never found out if there is any laundry facility. Krippen station is not serviced by frequent S-bahn trains, you have to always take a bus and change at Bad Schandau. There is a street light right outside the property and the curtains are thin, so take an eye mask. The sofa had many dog hairs on it. Many of the electrical sockets had been capped so we charged our stuff in awkward places.

Very clean and comfortable!

We have to say, that overall is this accommodation in upper part of our hotel/guesthouse list. Everything from check-in, via accommodation itself to the check-out was with no problems. Our host, Ms. Henker was kind and nice and she told us everything what we need to know for a pleasant stay. Equipment of guesthouse was more than great, man can find there everything what he may need for self-made breakfast and also for fun in the evening (desk games). For us it is 9 out of 10!

We were there in two pairs, so we would welcome two double beds instead of bunk bed. But as it is family friendly guesthouse it is not a problem. Maybe also more user friendly TV controller will be better. But these are only little details which did not worsen our stay at all!
