The cleanliness and relaxing air conditioned main room and the very good amenities available.

Sergio was always very attentive maintaining essential and timely communications, he went the "extra mile" picking us up at the station close by and driving us back after check out. The house has stunning views and very comfortable with all the necessary items plus pristine towels and toiletries. The welcome present including local cured meats and savoury crackers and an excellent wine was very much appreciated. We made very good use of the swimming pool, the beach across the road and the various local, good value restaurants nearby. Thank you very much also for the valuable suggestions and advice!

Nothing really except the beach across the road

This was a terrible experience and the owners are very rude especially the woman!! We paid 40 euros for cleaning but the owner asked us for it again - seemed odd to us and not ethical . The man offered to collect us from the station so he could go back to work when we arrived . He spent ages showing us the sink and the tap but not the WiFi code , where the bins go etc pretty rubbish information ! Next morning 9am right under the apartment horrendous banding and drilling vibrating also through the apartment !! We what’s ap the owner who came up but was useless and couldn’t speak English and said nothing he could do, I got upset and cried as I couldn’t stand the noise and the kids had their hands over their ears !! And I sat in the bedroom as my children saw me get upset , the man was rambling on and on and my kids got upset so I said please can I close the door I’m not being rude , the owner told booking.com I threw him out - that’s lies but I should have known he was dishonest when he asked for more money ! Then the works started at the back as well at 8.30am I rang booking.com to assist me and the lady said she could hear the noise very loudly and said sorry for the noise and she refunded us 50 euros.. I tried to move but the owner first offered me 50% if I moved how is that ok ? I was only here 4 nights and he accused me of wanting a free holiday , every morning was the same noise and went on until 5pm I’ve sent videos and photos to booking.com but the owner said he was a family man didn’t care about us and then after telling us we can check out late told us we must leave at 9.30 am and we had to take our bags too our flight wasn’t until 10pm but he said they have been accused of taking things out of the bags !!??? He blocked us on what’s ap and wouldn’t speak to us... the morning we left the aggressive owner stormed in and snapped keys keys and slammed to door behind my husband she was a horrible and rude person what a shocking way to treat a guest...
