Positive Aspekte:
1) Lage: sehr einfach vom Flughafen, von Outlets und Themenparks wie Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Legoland, etc.
2) Schöner Blick auf den See vor und auch auf das Kongresszentrum.
3) Gebäude: Schön und gepflegt mit Klimaanlage seit dem Eingang.
4) Apartment: 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Suite + 2), 2 Badezimmer (groß in der Suite + 1), integrierte Küche, Waschküche, überdachte Terrasse, sehr großes Wohnzimmer und separates Esszimmer.
5) Komfort: Große Wohnung (+/- 200 qm), geräumiges Wohnzimmer und Suite. Überdachte Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, Badezimmer mit Whirlpool, voll ausgestattete Küche, komplette Wäscherei, Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern (alt) und auch im Hauptwohnbereich (Wohnung und neu), geräumiger Speisesaal usw.

5 Sterne - Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte viel Platz. Es hatte einen schönen Blick auf einen kleinen See und Sea World. Die Beschreibungen auf der Website waren korrekt. Wir haben sie wegen ein paar Kleinigkeiten kontaktiert, als wir dort ankamen und sie wurden umgehend erledigt. Das Parken war in Ordnung und ziemlich nahe an der Einheit. Wir gingen jeden Tag hauptsächlich in die Themenparks und hatten keine Gelegenheit, den Rest des Komplexes kennenzulernen, aber wir gingen um ihn herum und er sah gut gepflegt aus. Wenn wir mehr Zeit hätten, hätten wir ihn wahrscheinlich genossen. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn und fühlten uns ziemlich sicher in der Gegend. Vielen Dank. 5 Sterne - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mehr als genug Platz für die 6 von uns, die geblieben sind. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich und friedlich. Es gibt keine großen Fernseher. Wenn Sie also einen Filmabend planen, ist dies nicht das richtige Gerät für Sie. Ganz in der Nähe der Universal Studios und einer sicheren Gemeinschaft und wundervollen Poolunterkünften. Clean, close to Convention Center and Sea World. We were not there alot other than to sleep but we enjoyed the condo. Loved watching the Sea World fireworks.

Loved the property and very spacious. I was a little disappointed in the number of restrooms. The property description and rental agreement had two different number of restrooms. If I would have paid closer attention, I would have looked for something with at least 3 restrooms being we had 7 members in our group.

This penthouse condo was in a good location to our conference we had for work. The carpet was a little dirty and I wasn't going to say anything, but when I was notified there was damage and the pictures showed washcloths from taking off make-up, I knew they were going to try to get more money out of me!! I have never been charged for taking off my make up! Thats what bleach is for!! To make matter worse I didn't get any notification but just a charge on my card for $168!!! That is an outrageous amount of money and a miss use of my credit card without authorization! This is not a reputable way to run a business! If you decide to rent from them please be careful!!!

It was semi clean Bathrooms were clean, but only a few thin body towels. Kitchen was clean. But
the condo is worn out and not kept up
1. the worse was the dark stained carpet. Deep stains imbedded deep into the carpet. We kept our socks on because the carpet was so dirty. Carpet was worn out.
2. Lighting in the bedrooms was minima. Dark rooms.
3. Main living area, couch has worn out springs, and chairs uncomfortably as well Dressers scratched and second hand looking.
4. I was charged/ charged a fine for the old stains in carpet.
5.. every unit has a trash bin, some trash was not mine but from other units. I was charged/given a fine for that as well. going the forward there should be a different trash bin collection so other units cannot throw their garbage in other units bins.
6.. our family has rented VRBO for years and years and have never been this disappointed in a unit or owner. The owner worked thru a third party called
iTrip Orlando. Beware of the third party.
7.. very disappointed in VRBO. I HAVE HAD A PERFECT review for every rental for the past 25 plus years- we may have to use other sources for rentals.
8.. be careful of the owners you rent from. I feel the owners purposely lied to get more money out of me. Who else have they done this too? I presently have an appeal to the owner and iTrip Orlando concerning the changes- still waiting for their review to see if my fines will be cancelled.

The property was as advertised. The four of us had plenty of space in this large property. The gated property certainly added more security. Although we didn’t use any of the amenities outside of the condo, they were nice and plentiful. We would definitely booked again.

Great communication and easy check in. Really appreciated being able to walk to Grocery chain (Publix) and Walgreens. Unit is spacious, and clean so we were happy. We enjoyed the balcony, walking trail and the pool/clubhouse. Elevators were fast and stairway access just outside unit.

We are half way through our stay in Vista Cay, what a wonderful place to stay. Not far from any of the parks or shopping centres. Welcome pack was appreciated to get our stay started. And as a party of six we have plenty of space
Apartment is spotless and balcony a is great for my cup of tea I the mornings and glass of wine to watch the fireworks in the evening. A short walk to the pool and pool bar, where all of the staff are so friendly. We would highly recommend staying here.

Overall staying in this condo wasn’t a bad experience, but a couple things i wish I didn’t have to deal with.
The good:
-Planets aligned for early check in..thanks for that.
-Condo was as described in the listing.
-Overall wasn’t a bad experience.
-Dan, Maintenance, cleaning person all responded to my condo cleanliness complaints and issues were resolved.
The Bad:
-Upon Arrival condo wasn’t as clean as expected. Had to call for a second cleaning.
-Ceiling vents were gross with either black dirt or mold. Spread from the vents to the ceiling. Was like looking up at a ceiling in a motel off a random expressway exit. Can’t expect people to look up at that during their stay.
-All beds are uncomfortable.
-Master bed is very noisy…every move generates noise. Very hard mattress imo.
-Ceiling fan outside gets noisy at high speeds..needs some work, but was good enough at low speeds.
I want to give kudos to the cleaning person and maintenance person that came the next day. Cleaning person cleaned problem areas, changed the condo filter and was even able to get the stains off the bath tub. Maintenance person cleaned the vents and even painted the ceiling around the vents where needed. They both saved the day.
If the hard mattress and noisy master bed were resolved then i would definitely stay in this condo again.
Proper reviews and complaints help those that come after us…hope this one helps others that stay at this condo many times after me.

This property has a great location, beautiful view over the water, and all the amenities you could need. The condo had a starter set of all the essentials and then we went to Publix which is right across the street to get everything we needed for the week. Everything was really comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, had a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking, and the amenities (pool/hot tub were our favs) were excellent as well. A very peaceful place with great views from the balcony. 10/10 recommend staying here!

We were told there would be one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and trash bags, but none of these were provided on arrival, but fortunately there was Publix around corner where we could purchase missing items. That is only complaint. Condo was nice and spacious for our families stay and was close to park we wanted to visit. Had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, especially the location to all sites in the area. Management was excellent in quickly responding to any of our concerns. We did cook a lot of our meals during our 3 week stay so the lack of silverware was a small issue that we solved by buying plastic ones. It had plenty for very young children. The beds were comfortable. We'd go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay, plenty of space for all 6 of us (2 adult kids & their spouses). Great view from the balcony and could see fireworks from Sea World. Pool area was nice, unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working for a few days and the weather was cool so hot tub would’ve been nice.
Couldn’t get the tvs in 2 of the bedrooms to work properly and both king size beds were rock hard, so if you like a firm mattress then you’ll be comfortable. Although in light of that I would definitely rent this condo again. It as a great value & location.

Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Spacious with a pretty view. Lovely watching the birds and the wildlife from the balcony. Sunsets are pretty. Close to grocery, breakfast and dinner spots. Quick, less than 10 mins, to Universal.
The mattresses are quite firm but adequate. Supplies (dish soap, soaps, etc) were very sparse. As well as the TP. We were out after less than 2 days and even gone most of the time. Would have give 5 stars if these details weren’t an issue.

Place was fantastic to stay at, and in a great location to get everywhere we wanted to go. Condo was very large and well maintained. The entire property was very nice. Pool was large and not very crowded, and the bartenders at the bar were very nice as well. Had a small issue with one of the foot rests of the couch, but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice property. Very convenient for our trip to universal and islands of adventure. Pretty walking trail around pond. Close to shopping/restaurants. The property was a little dated and the bed could use an upgrade, but otherwise good.

Roomy condo fully stocked with everything you need. Patio overlooking the lake and fireworks each night at 930. Nice complex and friendly neighbors. Security guards were a little too intense with other guests at the pool. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed the Condo. It was so clean and met all of our needs. We did struggle with not enough supplies. The listing said we would have one trash bag for every trash can. We had one trash bag for the whole house. This made clean up difficult. However, don’t let this discourage you! This was a fantastic stay! We so enjoyed this condo and we had a great time!!

Housekeeping needs improvement
I’ve stayed in many vacation condos/homes so I am familiar with what should be done for new guests. Housekeeping is such a huge thing for me as well. I’ll start with the pros: there were plenty of towels and washcloths, the Wi-Fi is decent, the Roku sticks worked, the kitchen is beautiful, fridge and freezer worked good, the view was great, we could see fireworks every night at 9pm at SeaWorld.
The cons: when we first arrived the Door code was not working. I had to call the phone # within one of the emails, wait for them to return my call and give me the back up code.
There was no toilet paper or paper towels but a nice lady showed up later on with them after leaving another voicemail. There was also no trash bags in the kitchen trash or the bathrooms, but when the lady turned up she brought all of those things.
The master bedroom bedsheets had hair in them, they did not look or feel washed, and the quilt comforter felt like wool, maybe a softer quilt comforter next time?
My husband and I both found sugar ants in different parts of the condo.
In the guest bedroom with 2 beds, my 9 year old daughter found a vape pen and a tide stick under the bed, perhaps looking under the beds should be required by housekeeping, especially because kids are nosey and they plunder.
My husband found a pile of cough drops behind the night stand in master bedroom, again, a housekeeping issue.
Ice maker was very loud when getting ice.
Master bathroom sink faucets did not look very clean, nor the shower floor.
Above all, I enjoyed the condo, but check in and housekeeping could improve.

Beautiful view
The property was great and location for the event we were in town for was great. CLOSE to the grocery which helped a lot. Large condo with lots of space and very clean throughout the entire Vista Cay. It was really a great condo for our family. The only issue would be the fridge that leaked water on the tile floor throughout our stay. The check in process was not fun, we had to wait to get in and even then the door code wouldn’t work. Tried calling the office but got voicemail and finally got a hold of someone. Apparently the door code was never reset so we had to use a key from a box the entire trip, taking out of a lock box and putting it back continuously. We will definitely be staying at Vista Cay again though! I love that it’s a locked property! Be careful how you pack your cooler at the pool!!! They literally have a guy walking around making you pour your drink out if it didn’t come from the bar (boooooo)

Fun in Orlando
My family and I had a great time in Orlando and this property was super convenient! There is a Publix and large shopping center with 5 + restaurants all within walking distance. This place is centrally located to all the theme parks.

Great facilities and location
Great place to stay! The condo was spotless, roomy, with a wonderful view, and centrally located. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is due to there being no working lights for the oven, refrigerator, microwave, and lamps in the master bedroom.
