the resorts is spacious, green and the beach is clean

the rooms are very olds, overall furniture are below the standard. poor lights, the rooms need renovation and put lights. they are totally uncomfortable. the beds are horrible

The beach view outside my veranda/cabana. The Pearl Spa— lovely, lovely lady’s-only pool (indoor and out—though outside is not heated), jacuzzi, workout rooms and the best hot stone/deep tissue massage with their Balinese therapist.

1. Lack of welcoming and friendly staff. They just stared at me when I arrived. No “Marhaba” 🙁 2. Lack of professionalism. The front desk came looking for me at the restaurant and interrupted my dinner with a visiting friend (whom they originally allow entrance — “ this is a privately owned property”) and insisted payment. (I had paid prior via Booking.com) 3. False advertising: this is not a “resort”! but rather a dreary, dark cabana on a lovely piece of property… but no real amenities of a “resort”. Cant order coffee until 8 am… no food can be ordered between 11:30 and 12 noon … there are these non-hospitable rules for so many things… can’t get more than 2 bottles of water. (I had to raise a fuzz to get 4!). the shower was stuck (and evidently a known issue)

The cabana was right on the beach, the beach had small fishes which we could feed and my kids enjoyed. The kids play area had the best toys i have seen! The staff was kind enough to place the umbrella right next to the water so my kids played in the water under the umbrella avoiding the sun.

The water was filled with algae! we selected a cleaner spot a few feet away but the algae was floating towards my toddlers, my son unknowingly tried to play with the algae as well! The hotel provides four, 330 ml for one day, if you request more they remind you about this rule and give 2 more, for a commodity as cheap as 1 riyal they should be more generous , if you buy the 330 ml water from inside the resort it costs 10 riyals! We travelled by train and reached the resort by uber , myself and my toddlers were already tired by the journey so it was difficult for me to unload the luggage from cab and push till the reception. This is the first time i have seen no bellboy's at the reception, i requested the reception, who asked me to keep the luggage at the door so she can arrange a bellboy. In the kids play area when my kids were playing on Trampoline and other toys the female employee there asked us not to record the video, there was no sign mentioning the same, we obliged anyways, our trip would have been much more memorable if we had videos of my kids playing with the toys. Also the complementary coffee and milk was not provided, when I requested it on the first day, it was provided along with complementary fruits and sweets but then the next two days it was not provided(not sure why, this is something that even a basic hotel provides).
