Warm, friendly atmosphere, the breakfasts were excellent, plenty of choice, the room was comfortable and clean, will definitely be back again.

Absolutely fantastic staff and location the management is an absolute pleasure the food was fantastic and they always made sure our rooms were fully stocked and kept us laughing all weekend long will definitely be booking again. The downstairs bar for the hotel patrons was a nice little additional thing with plenty of stocked drinks.

A nice friendly establishment that suited my simple needs very well. Lovely, satisfying, breakfast that set me up for the day, and a comfortable room / facilities to relax in. Will certainly consider returning in the future.

The staff and quality of meals

Not enough wardrobe space for 2 people and needed coat hooks

Absolutely perfect location as it was 5 min casual walk to Bridlington Spa where we should have been seeing a show. Only 15 min walk into the main town and 2 mins to the sea/beach 😃 We got parked right outside the door and got a very warm welcome. Pleasant and value for money.

Although some things weren't to my taste it really is just that, personally taste and in no way detracts from what was a pleasant stay.

Warm and friendly owners who were helpful in every way they could be from the minute we arrived to when he left. Room was comfy, clean and well equipped. We had a large selection to choose from at breakfast and it was all delicious.

Small room, dead flies in window, needed a good dust/clean as well as rest of hotel. Needs a good renovation. Definitely not a 4 star maybe 2 , wish I had read the trip advisor reviews before booking. Not good value for money. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.

A very friendly, welcoming B&B, with an excellent breakfast. It is well placed for the Spa Theatre and close to the seafront.

Our bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, but it didn't really detract from the shower or the toilet.

Great host, really chatty made us feel welcome. Good banter with guests and very attentive to an elderly sight impaired gentleman which was nice to see
