This is an excellent location, easy access to beaches as well as greater LA area. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent, not expected extra for relaxation.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us into our room early as well which was so appreciated.

It was further than LAX than expected - Booking.com ad seemed a lot closer and no shuttle service. However, once we were there it was fabulous. Perfect for families.

Convenience of having the first floor room upon request and check-in/check-out was fast and easy

modern clean hotel, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. nice gym & pool area, plenty of parking spaces outside. close to the airport and in a fairly ok area

room didn’t get cleaned for 4 days, not even a towel change. i had to repeatedly ask for it, the front desk staff did not seem to care at all. i had to go get towels on my own at 1am after returning from a long trip and coming back to an unserviced room. when they finally came the next day, they just made the beds and took the towels from the floor and folded them back on the counter. there was no shower gel which i asked for at the front desk as well and of course they never refilled it. overall i would have given the hotel a full score but this really ruined an otherwise nice experience

The hotel over booked and my reservation was canceled so at 11pm I’m stuck looking for another room because each agent at booking.com did not help me in the three times I called. I will never book with them again
