Definitely Everything that they had to offer.. From the location, transportation, view, value for money , to the food that I regret that i ate 2 days out from the hotel for no reason but when i ate at the restaurant in the hotel it was way more better than out side.it our opinion.

Everything was more than enough for us, Will come back for sure! The best thing there is the good attitude of every single one that works there.

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous stay at Joel Hotel while we were visiting Pag Island for Sonus Festival (sans kids, bliss!). Lovely big rooms, huge and comfy beds, excellent food (the pool bar burger is probably one of the best burgers I've had, and we had a lovely meal from the restaurant on our balcony the last night of our stay), the view was stunning, and all staff were very friendly and polite (Adnan is probably the loveliest concierge I've met), and no request was too much trouble. A perfect stay, highly recommend.

Super location, very modern Hotel, spacious room (06) and very quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping for a 4Star hotel was not acceptable, on arrival the toilet paper was almost finished,the beds looked like somebody had sat on them (so creased), and the whole 3 days we were there the rubbish bins were never emptied and was Never vacuumed either. As said besides housekeeping duties all was fantastic.

The hotel is fabulous. It fully justified all my expectations. The rooms are large and modern, even bigger than in the pictures. The view from the terrace to the sea and Novalja is beautiful. The cleanliness of the rooms is at a high level, so that in the age of the corona one feels quite safe. The food in the restaurant is high quality food and there is enough of it. Note, A la carte food in the restaurant is perfect! The hotel has a small pool but is more than enough to enjoy it with having your own privacy. The pool is also positioned so that you have a beautiful view of Novalja and the sea. Each guest has a secured parking space, covered with sun protection. It's great that the price includes bicycle rental. I especially emphasize that hotel staff, especially Adnan, are very professional, cordial, kind and at your disposal in every way.

Sara was an absolute pleasure, she went above and beyond. like all the of the staff, just especially Sara ! Will be returning next year.

The staff was extraordinary, super kind and helpful. The appartement is very big and very convenient with all its equipment : a cool kitchen, a big table, a great bathroom. We loved it.

Very nice small hotel with excellent food and service. The location at the distance from centre but near beach area and we liked very much that hotel had bicycles for rent that were included in the apartment price. Pool area is small but also pleasantly intimate ambient placed at one lower rooftop with a very nice view. Thank you for great stay!

Hotel Joel is very nice and we could relax and enjoy, especially at the pool. The best of all is the hotel staff. Everybody is extremely gentle.

This is an amazing property and despite being fairly new it did not feel sterile as it is often the case. It is very stylish and modern, we liked all the amenities like gym, main restaurant/bar. We stayed in Studio unit and it was quite spacious, well decorated. What surprised us the most was the immense quality of beds, pillows and linen! My previous experience was that it almost always is a nightmare to sleep in hotels, yet here the sleep was so comfortable that we were actually saddened when we returned to our bed at home :D. Considering to get one bed like that for ourselves. In fact the hotel is run by a family and the atmosphere was very kindly and welcoming. All the staff members were smiling, very polite and the hospitality was on spot. The breakfast was served using quality food and it tasted very well. Although, some variety would not be bad as it was pretty much the same each day. Joel hotel is located 3min walk to the nearest beach so it was super easy and comfy to get there for a swim, or to have a glass of beverage in that amazing beach bar. Hotel's infinity pool was very pleasant, clean and comfortable to lay around on the surrounding beds. Overall, we may only recommend you to visit this lovely place and enjoy your days-off as we did. I reckon we will be back again, thanks!

One thing that became a bit annoying is that the pool bar was playing the same exact playlist each day. Although the music was fitting and non disruptive, it is good to change that at times. For a 1-2 day trip that's fine, but we stayed for a week.
