When we first walked in things did not look clean. Carpet was worn in spots looked dirty and had stain spots. There was mold above the shower(since our stay we have been told they found a leaking pipe from the condo above the one we were in.) The ceiling area that had mold was wet enough some water was dripping. Also had to get with our contact and send out the comforters that were on the bed they were old and dirty.(He did bring us new comforters the second day we were there and also a better looking blanket.) There was dust on the sides of the beds. Everything just seemed like it needed to be cleaned better updated and fresh paint on all the walls and new carpet. When we left the dishwasher would not work. We took pictures and sent them to our contact.

The unit itself was nicely decorated & equipped with most of what we needed, even though it is an older property. (I'm used to hotels that provide Kleenex & hair dryers.) There were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels to use, and beach chairs in the closet, which we didn't use. The washer/dryer were directly across from our unit & easy enough to download the app to use. The tower was minimally occupied in the 2nd week of December, so parking was convenient. The hot tub was awesome, as was one of the heated swimming pools right beside it. The weather was rather windy & chilly during our stay, so we chose to drive to the hot tub each night. It is located across the street from the tower where we stayed & would have been a miserable walk back in the cold wind while wet, a minor inconvenience. Our host was very responsive. We arrived early & he opened the unit remotely so we could go in. (Thank you for that!) All in all, I would choose to stay again. Being able to walk out of the tower onto powdery white sand was the best!! A great first visit to Siesta Key!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was right on the beach, and the pool and fishing dock were a short walk from our room on the property.

Wonderful stay! Was welcomed by head of security at the Palm Bay resort who helped us with initial resort tips. We truly appreciated everyone’s friendliness and positive spirit attitude. Pool we used daily and loved every minute of it. We even played tennis. The tower location is exceptional due to closeness to the beach; the condo unit had comfortable layout, and we slept soundly. The value we paid for what we got was fair. We will love to stay here again.

Location was perfect! Right on the beach. Siesta key village was about a 5 min drive. Communication was top notch. The ac stopped working but he came out to help fix it, unfortunately it wasn’t fixed but he had a portable unit to use. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!

Owner was very easy to work with. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Could use a new coat of paint, but overall nice.

Check in was effortless, location is amazing, condo is clean and has everything you need. The owner is amazing! Had an issue with the AC unit and he immediately began procedures to get it fixed and make us comfortable until it was. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and that we want to return again! Which we will!

This place was in a great location! We loved the direct access to the beach. It is also just a few minutes down the road from the village where all the action and shopping is located. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach, grounds and beach are beautiful, great getaway!

I came down with my mom for 5 nights and the condo was exactly what we were expecting. The house was clean and it had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were super comfy, which is hard to find. We rented a car so we drove everywhere but there was a trolley that would take you to all the restaurants and shops. Every morning we would open the window and sit and have our coffee looking out the window. We 100% would love to come and stay here again in the future...perfect condo and vacation for our 1st mother daughter vacation.!!

We only needed 3 days on Siesta Key which is hard to find. This condo happened to be available the exact dates we needed. No view of the beach but literally just steps to it. Was well equipped with everything you need to stay.

Awesome location right on the beach. Beach is one of the best I have ever experienced. Had all we needed very nice place. The only improvement would be the toilet doesn’t flush well needs the insides replaced and the sink doesn’t drain well minor inexpensive repairs. Thanks!!

My wife and myself stayed at the condo for 3 nights. We arrived late, which wasn’t an issue. Slobodan was very attentive, helpful, made sure that security knew we are arriving late in case they were any issues. Condo was very clean, very comfortable beds, two large smart TVs, laundry across the door to the condo, well equipped kitchen. Will definitely recommend to friends and return in the future.

We loved the unit. Slightly frustrated with the renovations but the owner could not have been more accessible or understanding.

The condo was exactly as described. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Lounge chairs on the beach were easily accessible. The pools and property were very nice. Communication with our ‘host’ was excellent. He was readily available and extremely accommodating!

Our stay was wonderful! Perfect time of year, great location to the beach and siesta village. The free trolleys were a plus also. Close to the airport and great dining options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my boyfriend had the best relaxing vacation ever !! This place is right on the beach and has the best sunsets ! On top of that the room was stunning and looks just like the pictures ! There is also very nice security that watch the perimeter of the building! Would definitely come back again ! Thank you slobodan for a very nice stay! :)

The property is in a perfect spot. Super close to the beach. Being on the second floor is extremely convenient. Checking in was very easy. Great detailed instructions were sent from the owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in was fairly smooth. We got our parking pass at the main office. Access keys for the building were left in the unit, so we had a hard time getting into the key-required entrance when we first arrived. Once we were able to find someone kind enough to let us in without a key, getting into the unit with a passcode provided by the owner was simple. Positives: The location of this property was absolutely perfect as it was as close to Siesta Key Beach as you can get. The building sat right against the beach and we were just a few short steps to the sand. The beach was extraordinary, clean and perfect. There was a shower/faucet at the exit from the beach to wash off before leaving. Parking was accessible and near the building. We used Door Dash and InstaCart and had no issues getting our delivery drivers to the right location. This was also true for Lyft drivers. Staff was friendly and security was often present, which made us feel secure. Negatives: The property was outdated and had not been cared for. At first glance, there were obvious stains noted to the upholstery on the couch which were offputting. The faucets and fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom were corroded and of poor quality. The shower handle when moved all the way to the HOT water gave us only COLD water, so our first showers were freezing until we figured out that in order to get hot water, you had place the handle in one particular position which was right in the middle between HOT and COLD. There was spilled food/drink in the refrigerator which had not been cleaned up from the previous renters, and the ice maker did not work in the freezer. The walls were banged, marked on and dinged up in many different areas. The bathroom tile had areas that needed recaulked and repaired. There were extension cords in both the main living space and bedroom plugged into outdated (and ungrounded) electrical outlets, which made us nervous about starting a fire. Overall, the interior appeared like it just hadn't had love or updating in some time. Only one of the two elevators was working while we were there, which wasn't terrible as this unit was only on the second floor, but still an inconvenience. If the beach is what you are most interested in, this rental would be suitable, it just wasn't up to our expectations for the price we paid.

Perfect location, great accomodation! Listing was completely accurate! The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we wanted! First vacation with our 9 month old lil girl and being so close to the beach was amazing! The beach itself was private, gorgeous and clean! The property is beautiful and felt safe and secure. Communication from the owner was awesome! Location from grocery, stores and restaurants was perfect. Already looking forward to staying next year! Highly recommend!
