Perfect view on the beach, cute apartment and very hospitable owner who has pampered us with breakfast. We loved cute cats that are around.

The location of the apartment is not marked on Google Maps correctly and there are no signs on the road so it was very diffilcult to find a place. Follow the instructions on one of the photos posted on booking.com!

Very beautiful small apartment with all the needed stuff. The hosts were so welcoming and pleasant. We are happy to met them. The view from the apartment was super and also very close from the beach.

Very clean, spacious room, tastefully decorated. Very close to a nice beach. Very friendly and hospitable owners.

No air conditioning, very poor internet service and was rather isolated!

It's a lovely unique place, just in front of the beach. The room is very comfortable and Andreas and Anne, who live next door, brought us tasty local food. Really a place to come back.

Ms Anna and her family were very kind and helpful, willing to make us treats and provide us with any information required. The view was stunning, because you could see the whole kiparissi beach and the sunset.

The wifi connection was poor and due to the room's location it was difficult to have mobile reception. For about 300m the road leading to the rooms is a dirt road.

Our host were so nice and helpfull to us. It's not that easy to land on Ikaria unplanned as we usualy are while travelling, but Andrea and Anna help us so much that it turns out to be the more pleasant time of our stay in Greece. We enjoyed delicious fruits from the garden they gave us. The garden give access to the beach. The view and sunset from the studio is stunning as well as the view on the greenery mountains from the beach itself. The studio is perfect.

We had difficulty finding the place but once again our host were very helpful.
