Die preisgekrönte Bibliothek befindet sich nebenan. Great little place. Close to everything. Will definitely stay again. Bedroom could use darkening curtains/shades. Fantastic

It felt like home. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great! Loved the hot tub and the location to the gondola from town to the mountain was about 2 blocks. So convenient and beautiful scenery on our walk. All the shops on the main street were close by too. Our hosts Elaine and Tom were present and helpful. We will stay there on our next trip to Telluride!

I needed a place at the last minute and found this cool place just two blocks from the festival. While nothing fancy, it was clean, close to everything and was a quick walk to the festival.

This is a perfect spot in Telluride to walk to anywhere in town. Unit was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Unit is not super fancy, but for the value was great for us! Communication with the host was excellent- we will be back.

First timers to Telluride and this no frills condo was perfect. The room had a nice old ski town vibe to it. There were 3 of us and we were fine with the 1 bedroom space,. One queen, one single, and one queen pull out. Everything we needed was included like soap, shampoo, detergent etc. The location was top notch. We walked 3 blocks to the gondola or #8 each morning and we were on the slopes. We really enjoyed the town and our stay. The couple running the Inn were absolutely the sweetest and most attentive couple. Hope to go back again and again:)

We picked this condo as it was right near town and the ski gondola and was in our price range. Still very expensive for a small condo which was a little dated but it suited us for the week.
Would have liked tea and coffee and a smart TV like other places I’ve stayed but for Telluride it was simple, functional and we enjoyed our stay.

This property exceeded our expectations. Condo furnishings were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. We were in town for the Telluride Blues and Brews festival and literally less than a five minute walk from the festival entrance. The hosts were very nice and low key. Highly recommend!

Best hosts ever!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location was so perfect for adults who wanted to wonder on their own some of the time. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops. 2 blocks from the free gondola which takes you to the village. Hosts were extra accommodating with many things we didn't even request. Thank you!

Wonderful, Spacious & Cozy
My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for a destination wedding in Telluride. Our host, Elaine, was SO easy to chat with, responsive and lovely. The property itself was perfectly located in downtown Telluride with easy walking access to the gondola, bike rentals, restaurants and hiking // biking trails and was VERY spacious. It had 3 beds which was spectacular, a lovely balcony and great kitchen. Very convenient, easy and delightful. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location
I wasn't especially familiar with the town previously, but the spacious, clean condo was just a few blocks from the tram, the food market, the city park, a wonderful bakery and the beverage store. My wife and I had a wonderful time.

Great little spot in the heart of Telluride
We had a short but sweet stay in Telluride over the weekend for a friend's wedding. Tom and Elaine were great hosts and called to make sure we had checked in and everything was okay. The condo is just as advertised online. The furniture was pretty dated and could use an upgrade but the location was perfect for what we needed and within walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. For how expensive rooms and homes to rent are in Telluride, this spot was a diamond in the rough with an unbeatable price.

Our property managers were very accessible, friendly and accommodating. Location iwas fantastic! Condo could use a little updating but my whole family agreed we'd stay there again!

Worked out great for my son, his wife, and two kids. Very convenient location with garage parking. Owner was very attentive and helpful too.

Good location, reasonable rates
All was good in the condo. The one thing I would suggest is hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang towels. The other towel racks are inadequate in terms of space and location. Otherwise, all good!

Fantastic Superhosts!!!
Cozy, super clean, everything we needed and more. Prime location, underground garage. Literally 5 minute walk to grocery store, restaurants, retail stores, pharmacy and the free gondola thats you to the village and assorted runs. The hosts were wonderful, answered our calls and questions either immediately or within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail. They even called us to let us know that the unit was ready at 10:30am and that we could check in early. We were extremely pleased with the service, and personal touch. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars ⭐️

The Fall Line condo property is conveniently located in the town of Telluride. It's 5mn from the Gondola, 2mn from the bakery and grocery store as well as main street and many restaurants and stores. The condo was spacious, nice and clean. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Perfect little in town condo!
The condo is in a great location in the middle of town with great access to everything we needed. Inside parking was awesome. The only two things I would change are the dryer, it vented into the room, and the beds are not very comfortable. We will visit again. Thank you

Thanks for the wonderful stay. Elaine and Tom are amazing hosts, super nice and very helpful. The location of the property is perfect. The condo was lovely for a group of three and had everything we needed to cook and relax. The hot tub was also very close to suite, which is a nice bonus in the winter. Would definitely come back!

A cute condo in beautiful Telluride
The whole process from securing this condo, to checking in and out was a breeze. Tom and Elaine have a very cute condo located in a perfect area of town, close to shopping and Gondola. Their condo is fully equipped as well...we would love to stay here again...
