We had an amazing stay for our first time on Anna Maria Island. The condo was in a perfect location where you could take a short walk to the beautiful beach or to the pier with great restaurants and shopping. It was very helpful to have a beach wagon and chairs supplied by the owner. Hope to be back soon!

This property was great! Very spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Everything in the unit worked as expected. The beach was just a short walk away. For a beach vacation, you really couldn't ask for more!
The description for the booking was very accurate and Terry and team were great to work with. We had a slight problem getting into the unit, initially, because of the door code, but it was fixed with a quick phone call.

Our stay was phenomenal. The home was so cute, very clean, and in a very good location. There was a closet of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon that made the beach days so much better. Very kid friendly. The host was very responsive. Just being on Anna Maria Island alone is such a wonderful experience and this home helped to make it that much better. Looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic location. House is perfect. Very short walk to beach. Sunrise in the morning from private dock. Everything you need is there except spices. I am used to that now and have a travel spice cabinet. Eat at wicked cantina. Smoqhouse has great sandwiches and also very close to walk to. Just don’t buy their sides. Fresh fish market on Cortez has wonderful fish. I will rent this place again. The pool temp is perfect. Wish I had planned a longer trip. If this place is available, grab it.

We stay for a week at this property and loved it. It’s location was perfect for what we wanted and it was very clean and well kept. The thing I liked the most was anything you wanted or needed like groceries, pharmacy, beach and general shopping was right at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this property. Our family was looking for a place to stay on Florida's gulf coast. We found this place and we couldn't have been happier with the space and location. The interior is updated and clean and a nice space for our family of 4. The location was wonderful, just a quick walk across the street to the beach and great location to Bridge street shopping and dining.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Palms. The booking/checking in/checking out process was very easy. The building is older with older bathrooms yet very clean. The kitchen was super nice, newly updated. Neighborhood was ok, lots of construction going on but that's probably the case at a lot of places in the area. The pool was heated and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the pool after being on the beach. The best part was being so close to the beach (easy walk, literally 1 or 2 minutes) and many restaurants. Would recommend this condo if this is what fits your budget.

My family had a great time, loved the location and being able to see the sunrise on the bay and set on the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The road is very busy and dark at night. Not the locations fault but be aware to bring something reflective if you want to walk with children. Would have been 5 stars but the beach equipment needs an update, mostly rusty and the umbrella has rips in it from age. Also there were these little aunts in the kitchen but this might be a Florida problem. We called the owner because it wasn't clear where our spots were not being familiar with the property. He was very responsive. Not the owners fault but we cane to find there was a construction lift blocking our parking spots (there are two) and there are no available guest spots (it was blicking those too). The owner told us to park in the no parking spot. We had to struggle to park and fit in and luckily we didnt damage the rental. We stayed there Friday through Tuesday and on Monday they finally moved it. Other than that, we loved the pool and having the washer dryer right in the room. Brand new updated kitchen and floors. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Lots of windows, plenty of room to sit to eat. Beach towels provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time to AMI. Loved it. The white sand beaches were plentiful with Bean Point being our favorite. Location is at the North end of the island and you can complete your day with a stop at the Rod and Reel Pier, the City Pier and a stroll down Pine Ave. Lots of cute shops here and the Donut Experiment.
Our condo accommodations were excellent with Terry being a great host. If you pay attention to his emails, he will tell you before you arrive what you need to do to thoroughly enjoy your stay. Condo is well appointed with two generous sized bedrooms on opposite ends from each other to ensure your privacy. Kitchen is nicely appointed with newer appliances and newer counters and cabinets. There is a catch all high top table as you come in the door to drop what you are carrying and a full sized table with chairs for a relaxing dinner. Enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the pool. Since there were three of us in the condo, do wish there would of been a third deck chair so we didn’t have to pull one of the dining room chairs.
Location of condo was excellent. Close to the trolly bus stop and the public entrance to the beach. Close to several restaurants. I would recommend the Wicked Cantina and the Beach House Waterfront Restaurant. We had our best Grouper sandwich at the Beach house and their outside seating area is protected from the wind .
The condo is also within walking distance to Bridge Street. Lots to check out on this street and stop in at the Daiquiri Deck during their happy hour for a yummy daiquiri. They have several flavors and the roof top deck has views of the gulf. The Circle K is a convenient store also within walking distance of the condo and we stopped their to pick up beer, water, and some snackies several times.
Because of the trolly, we did not rent a car or golf cart. We walked or caught the trolly. Trolly is free and the drivers were helpful in getting you off at the closest stop to where you wanted to go. Trolly stop is within a couple blocks of the condo.
My last comments will be on the wait staff at the restaurants. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner ALL were friendly , accommodating and you could tell in their attitude that they enjoyed their job. This made our dining experiences very enjoyable.
From everything I just wrote, AMI turned out to be one of our top trip destinations ever. Will definitely stop back and would rent from Terry again.

We loved all they had to offer us. Cooler, chairs, beach towels, tents and toys a plus. The pool is a very quiet pool most of the day and was mostly adults. It is a no smoking property so u set stand you will need to walk down the road if you are a smoker. Condo is cute and homey. Met very nice locals. Thanks for sharing your space with us

From booking, to arriving, to departing…all seamless. A brief walk and cross a (rather busy) street, and there you are on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beach. Simply gorgeous. Relaxing around the pool after a day at the beach and then heading up to our well-equipped condo sitting on the deck overlooking the pool - not a bad way to start my retirement life!

We absolutely loved the location and quietness. The amenities with the condo were far beyond we expected. The only issue with our stay was that we planned on doing our laundry before we left but the dryer screen was broken and not safe to use but i was able to communicate with the owner and responded right away and said it would be taken care of before the next people stayed.

The location was great! The building was older, but updated and had access to the bay to watch the sunrise on the dock and a short walk to the gulf to watch the sunset! Friendly repeat customers were willing to share local restaurants and attractions. We used shuttle service through the Chamber of Commerce which was very efficient! Pool was very warm and clean! Deck and pool bathrooms needed bleaching/cleaning and restocked. Kitchen was adequate but could have more glasses, etc.

The grocery store was so close as was a CVS and Walgreen's.
We spent every day on the beach and all night walking to the different close by areas.
Private beach access was perfection and the wagon made it possible to cart the chairs and our football to the beach without carrying!
Clean as described and the keyless entry is perfection.
Terry was fast to deliver us beach chairs upon learning we had 2 that were in the unit and not functional. (an email in the morning and that same morning after biking I came back to 2 chairs at the door, thank you!)
In addition, he personally dropped off a corkscrew.
We loved our access to and from the beach and met a lot of the neighbors on the street.
So close to the Cortez drawbridge and Bridge Street and a bunch of other restaurants, and the Wicked Cantina is perfect for Margaritas and meals!
2 parking spaces covered are great and close to the steps of this unit.
Plenty of towels and a great Master bedroom closet too!
My only request in the unit would be overhead lighting in the master bedroom, but that is hardly a big deal, it is just something I like to have when I am looking through luggage or drawers for anything. There were 2 side table lamps.
We will be booking with Terry again next year for either this property or one of his others.

Perfect spot for us! In the heart of Anna Maria island we were able to walk to a gem of a nugget in the fishing village on the wharf and have some of the best seafood. their place was right across the stress from the beach which was wonderful. Enjoyed very piece of our stay! And..best of all slept like a baby in their king size bed with super soft comforter!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your special spot!

I have used VRBO in the past, but this was the "smoothest" it has ever been from checking in to checking out.
