Interesting place with all you can need, clean and with correct photos. On walkable distance to city center and a lot of places you have to see. Very easy check in/out.

The place was very well maintained, owner let us enter earlier than normal arrival time rooms was small but very well equipped with everything that you need for short and even long stay. Well done job place was looking comfy and well decorated.

Perfect location: Between train station and city centre. I had a room in the basement which was very cool, literally, which I liked very much in mid-august heat. Additionally, there is AC. Surprise: There is a little kitchen with even some free Nescafé sachets so you can make a coffee. You could even cook there if you wanted.

The reception guy was not there when I arrived, although I wrote him my arrival time. That made me a little nervous. I had to call him, then he came.

The property was very clean

The location was great, as well as the people (both the person I communicated with and the one who greeted us). The place was relatively clean and well equipped (extra towels, bed sheets, the kitchen was quite okay).

The (wooden) floor was really squeaky. The ceiling is very low almost everywhere in the room (and we are ~1.70m, thus not tall by any means) so we had several head bumps. The bed was small and hot (which is a huge problem for Pleven). The "bathroom" (if we can call it that) is practically in the room (as well as the toilet, hidden behind semi-transparent glass!). There is no elevator and the staircase is tight, so be careful moving large objects (e.g., children's bed).
